"My friend is in rehab at The Quadrangle right now. She's there for a 2-week period, and she loves it. It's a beautiful place. She's been there before, and she was looking to see if she might get a spot in the assisted living, but it's much too expensive for her. The staff is excellent, she loves the food, and they have events for the assisted living residents."

"I liked that Juniper Village at Bucks County has independent living, assisted living, and nursing care. They're highly rated and there's one fee to get in, plus another monthly fee. They showed me 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments, both of which were very nice. They offer spring and fall cleaning services, and they have a bus to take you to your appointments if you tell them ahead of time. I wish the staff member knew more. For example, I had to meet with the activities director in order to learn what activities they have because the sales person didn't know that. They offer one meal a day for assisted living and three a day for those in the nursing home."

"My parents enjoy this community, just because it change companies, the quality of care and amenities have continued from when it was Martins Run into Wesley Enhanced Living. The CEO Linda has help us if we had any problems that would arise. I would recommend this retirement community. It is more affordable retirement community. "

"We liked Wesley Enhanced Living very much. The place is very nice and clean. The people are very friendly. They do have a lot of amenities as well like an indoor pool, an activity room, a walking track, and lots of activities too. They also had entertainment and a nice dining hall. It had just everything we would need. "

"My mom has been in this nursing home for quite a while. And as many of you know, the nursing home was formerly St. Mary's Catholic home which was bought by new ownership. It is now St. Mary's Center. I have to say that I go into the facility every week to visit my mother. I am happy and impressed by the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff. I am able to compare and see how good they really are because of my experiences with other facilities.. The nursing care is good, and the therapy department was my moms favorite place to be. She loved the staff. Lately they have been doing many renovations that are making the facility look even more inviting. I take my hat off to the new ownership for doing this and making it feel more like home. The one thing I do miss from the past is the nuns that were in the facility. They still have some but not as many as before. I just always thought they were a wonderful calming factor. Overall, St. Mary's is a great place to receive care for your loved one. "

"My sister moved up to Phoebe Richland Community. It was very welcoming. They gave her all the physical therapy she could handle, which was great. She had physical therapy almost every day and occupational therapy almost every day when she got there. She still gets it quite frequently. The staff is very nice. She enjoys the other residents there. She says she has a wonderful time getting to know them and they're very caring also. I was there one Saturday when the director himself was helping someone move into their memory care area. He was moving the clothing and stuff in himself on a Saturday. They're just delightful. There's an exercise class of some kind every morning, wheelchair volleyball, chair, or tai-chi. There's at least one activity every morning and one or two activities every afternoon. Every day I call or when I talk to my sister, she'll say, "Oh yes, we had an exercise this morning." It's a smaller place, so they can't offer the diversity of activities that a larger facility might offer. The assisted living has a beautiful lounge area when you walk in. The dining room is lovely. You couldn't ask for anything better. I get no complaints from my sister except there's no salt, but she can bring some herself. That's for health reasons. I saw two small library reading areas, a game room, a big lounge, and a dining room. She's in a temporary room right now because there were no rooms available, so it's a little small but very nice and furnished. It has a dresser, a wardrobe, a chair, a bed, a little kitchenette, and a beautiful bathroom that's handicapped accessible. It is less expensive than others for definitely something better. Their staff is especially caring. This place is much more consistent with their staffing, which means the staff gets to know their people better."

"My mother is living in Edgehill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Pennsylvania. I don't really know that much because she just moved there, but our experience has been very good. They answer their phone promptly, and if I have any questions, they are happy to answer them. The woman that does the intake is going to help me fill out the medical assistance forms. The nurses seem very nice. It's a small center, and it's close to where my cousin lives. There are a lot of positive things. They have her on a diet that is puréed, so it's not very delicious looking. I haven't been in there; nobody is allowed in. The value for the money is very good. They do physical therapy and occupational therapy, and they do hospice care. They do CAT scans there, and they have a doctor."

"My mother-in-law (MIL) was sent home after her first stay at Harston when her Medicare eligibility expired. She still seemed very weak and not well. Harston said she was fine, and ready to go home. Three days later she collapsed at the kitchen table in my house and we assumed she was dead. There was no pulse. I administered CPR which did work and it got her heart going again. We had called 911 and they showed up shortly afterward. After a few days at the hospital she was readmitted to Harston, and my MIL really wanted to go to Harston. It is apparently the closest facility which offers dialysis which my MIL needs.My MIL liked Harston and felt very well treated there. She mostly liked the food, the rehab, and the medical people she interacted with there. We did not like it. It seemed shabby. It catered somehow to a lot of poor elderly people who seemed to be in very bad shape. When they discharged her again the 2nd time we were leery. But she's indeed been in better shape since she came home the second time. "

"ive read other reviews and noticed they were from over two years ago so i decided to leave a current one- the staff is wonderful the facility is clean the patients get the attention they need the food looks delicious the don and administrator are interested in the patients and their families home like caring environment rooms were clean many staff members smiled and asked if i needed help"

"Phoebe Wyncote has excellent staff. It was in a very good location, and it’s an excellent facility. They just had a very good level of care. They had very good quality food, and have several options, and timing. There’s a lot of flexibility. I was impressed by the hard work the staff does. "
