My mom is at Embassy of Ivy Hill and they've always answered my questions. The only negative is it's hard to get to talk to my mother. I know I can't go and visit her, but the phone situation there is a little walkie. Other than that they are very good. The staff is all great. That's one of the best things about the place in my opinion. My mom is not really capable of doing much, but they try to do as much with her as possible.
