My mother was at Phoebe Wyncote Healthcare Center for three weeks for rehab. I liked it a lot. It's a small place and most of the people who worked there are very good and efficient. There's a shortage of help and people can't get help right away when they need it. The food was decent and flavorful. There were no frills and nothing fancy about the place, but it's nice, very cozy, and friendly. The activities were good. It's a really nice place, and my mom did very well there. The PT and OT were very good, and the other nice thing about it is you can call them at 1 in the morning and somebody still actually picks up the phone. You don't have to leave a message or look around for somebody. They have phones in the room, so I could call my mother anytime if I wanted to, or she could call me. If I had a problem, they'd check on it, so they're very responsive. I felt more comfortable there than I felt at any place. They clean the place every day.

Phoebe Wyncote has excellent staff. It was in a very good location, and it’s an excellent facility. They just had a very good level of care. They had very good quality food, and have several options, and timing. There’s a lot of flexibility. I was impressed by the hard work the staff does.
