"I couldn't afford Sunrise of Dresher, but I did like it a little bit better than some other places. It had a nicer ambience and it was more spacious. They have more activities and it seemed more interactive. They had more arts and crafts, Bingo, and movies. It seemed like each resident has his/her own team of personal home health aides as well and that seemed good. The rooms were very up-to-date and well decorated. They're classy-looking."

"Our family can’t say enough good things about Wesley Enhanced Living. My mom and Dad needing to move, we went everywhere in a 10 mile radius so that we could be close to them. Most of the places were either over priced or just plain horrible. We called Jacquie eat Wesley and she met with us the next day! It is a beautiful space with lots of light and the staff and residents are so friendly! To top the excellent experience my parents moved in in March 2020, yes during COVID, Wesley was so careful and well prepared. My parents of course had to be quarantined, but they never felt like it the staff took care of everything from bringing them their delicious meals everyday to even taking out their trash. My parents have now been at Wesley Willow Grove/Hatboro for 6 months now, the community is still COVID free and my parents have never looked better. They are so happy and finally relaxed. Their long time neighbor from the house even moved into Wesley as well and is loving it. Thank you Wesley for all you do!"

"My dad will move to Brandywine Living at Senior Suites. I like the feel of the place, I felt that it was appropriate for my father. I felt like some of the rooms were a little bit dark, and some were better. What stuck out was that the air conditioning was the ugly part of the room. The community is beautiful and the staff that I met was wonderful, they showed me the whole place. The main entrance living room area, the dining area, they have a theater room, and like a nice bar lounge. They also have a courtyard, though I thought the courtyard could use a little life. Maybe adding a comfortable shading out there would be nice."

"My brother-in-law will be moving into The Pinnacle at Plymouth Meeting. It was close to my home. The staff during the tour was very good. His apartment is clean and ready to go. They have a doctor, a barber, an eye doctor, a podiatrist, traveling, and doctors' appointments. I've only been there once, but it looked clean to me. The menu looked delicious. They have bingo, movie nights, puzzles, and coffee time."

"I found Sunrise of Abington through recommendation and online search. However, my parent didn't like this community at all. It was too old. I don't think we were there more than 10 minutes before he realized that my parent didn't like this place. I could just sense he didn't like this place. It was too "wheel-chairy" for him. My father is still active. However, they did have beautiful rooms. They're well decorated and well taken care of. It was a nice facility, but my father just didn't want this place. Regarding activities, they only had bingo, board games, and card room and my father would not have been happy in this place. The people who were there loved it though. They came and stayed there, they wanted that more country living, but my father is a city person and he wanted more of a city-urban setting. Also it was much smaller than the other place. However, the staff seemed very nice, and it was a nice place. "

"My dad was a resident of Sunrise of Lafayette Hill. The staff cares about their work and they go out of their way for people too. My dad said the food was good. They have a lot of activities going on during the month. They have a courtyard, a bistro, and a refrigerator in their room. In terms of cost, they are expensive. They don't have any programs to help somebody who can't afford what they're asking for a month. There are no programs out there for the elderly."

"What a beautiful location. Always with fun events for residents, hobbies and crafts to work on, and access top notch nursing staff, as well as a 4 star dining menu. Library, garden, easy access to public transportation and shuttle services too! "

"I am giving Brookdale Northampton a 5 rating for all. The place was clean and smelled good. I thought the menu also looked good and what they were doing with all the arts and crafts stuff was very nice. I was just very impressed. The exercise area, the outside area, the dining room, the one-bedroom, and their studio were all very nice."

"The care provided for my mother by Hidden Meadows on the Ridge & The Laurels is excellent. They have activities, like bingo, and crafts, like knitting, crocheting, and stuff like that. They have several rooms where visitors can sit and meet with their family members. The activities are in a bigger area on one floor."

"I went to McCallum Assisted Life. I saw a room with a shared bathroom. The staff told me the price point. They have a doctor every month that comes out to the location. They do things for them, they have activities, and they do the medication. I like the location. The staff was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and informative. It's an older facility, but it was nice and clean. They had a patio. They did show me the board where they have activities."

"We chose Columbia Cottage Collegeville for mom because it's a small community, and the caregiver to resident ratio is favorable. They offer a variety of activities and services, and the location was also beneficial. They had 10 levels of care from independent living all the way through to skilled nursing. It is great because she can age in place, and the staff has been amazing. They have three different sized rooms. My mom is in a 312 square foot room (which doesn't sound like much), but it is perfect for a single person. There's a full bathroom with a walk-In shower and pull cords by the bed and in the bathroom for assistance. There are three different sized rooms. They're generally on a wait list, but we happen to call them at a good time. They have one available. It's really like a big home. They have a living room, a TV area, dining room, and kitchen (which is all open for the residents to use as they like). They also have a hair salon onsite, as well as a physical therapy area. They have therapists that come in several times a week and a hairdresser that's there two days a week. They also have a nurse on-staff 24 hours a day, and they're great. If there's any medical assistance needed, they're there. They have various activities like arts and crafts, games, bingo, and movie night. They also have a vehicle, so they can do scheduled transportation to doctor's appointments. There are two courtyards inside the building, so residents can go outside and enjoy them without the risk of anybody wandering off. She likes the food so far."
