The care takers are constantly helping around the apartment , taking out trash wiping down surfaces etc. They take the current Covid 19 situation VERY seriously, always wearing masks and gloves and wiping all contact areas. When we have scheduling issues, they always always adjust there schedule or find someone to fill the spot as needed. My mother is very happy with every caretaker they supply. If any problems arise, they are always in contact with me so I know what's going on. The management team is terrific as well, ALWAYS available and always able to assist. She has dementia and sometimes she doesn't always remember to tell me how her day was so the caregiver writes important things down in a binder and she tells me. The caregiver is the sweetest woman who is always smiling and completely devoted to giving my mom whatever she asks for. Owners Mr. Blacker and Mr. Blacker are always friendly and responsive to any questions I have and they both make me feel like my mom's well being is their #one priority.
