"Lions Gate was clean and very nice. They have exercises, a swimming pool, some Bible study, and a library. The staff was very pleasant. It's nice that they had cottages instead of just an apartment setting. If you got extra pieces of luggage, they would give you a space for that. They were nice."

"This facility has a pleasant setting. It is sent at the very back end of an retail and office park, so it has the benefits of both easy access and peace and quite. It backs up to woods, and there is a pond nearby where geese live, so it is quite pleasant. The common areas of the facility are beautiful. The place feels new and modern--not at all run down. But it is also decorated in a timeless way that should allow older patients to feel at home.The higher-up staff is wonderful. However, the quality of the CNAs is hit-or-miss. Some are pleasant, some are gruff and hurried. Unfortunately, I have heard that the food has declined in quality recently. "

"My father is a resident. He was transferred from a nearby hospital after a fall. He is 86 and has a lot of issues. So far he likes being there and feels he is getting good care. His room is fine. Nice and clean. The facility does not have that nursing home smell. It is well maintained. I have been on the phone with staff many times. They are always nice and caring and address my concerns in a timely manner. My dad is pleased with the quality and amount of the food. The facility has enough activities so he is not bored. My family is very pleased with the care he is given. We are glad he is there."

"My friend will be moving into Complete Care at Voorhees. I visited several, and they just looked very friendly and clean. They have activities to keep her occupied. The other ones were nicer, but that one just sort of stuck in my mind. It's very nice, the upkeep was nice, and the people seemed happy. They have a social director that does activities for them. They had several rooms that had big TVs in them. There were two to a room and the rooms were a little more spacious than some I saw. They give you two dressers and half a closet to put your things in and you could bring some personal stuff, which was nice. They have a salon. They have the doctors there for everything she needs. They have physical therapy. I saw a lot of staff around, and I saw staff interacting with the residents. I saw a lot nicer ones, but a lot of them don't take Medicaid, and that's what she needed."

"Dad was at Powerback Rehabilitation after his back surgery. He was there for almost 6 weeks. Their physical and occupational therapies were wonderful, and they were very consistent with the people that he had so they knew his progress. It was a very luxurious place, but when you have one nurse to see 15 patients and one aide that sees 20 patients, you don’t always get things that attentively. The place was clean. The people were very, very nice. The food was pretty good. It was covered for the patient, but if the family wanted anything, you had to pay for it which was fine but it was very pricey for what you got. They have their own in-house restaurant. It was like a bistro where you ordered off a menu. "

"My father is at Laurel Manor, and the care has been very good. He's fine with the food. His bed is always made when he's not in it, and his room is clean. They give therapy to him every day; sometimes he refuses, but they keep on trying. The staff is very caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. They always keep in touch with me with everything; any little thing that happens, they let me know. They have TV lounges and the dining hall becomes an activity hall. They have a nice patio that's all blocked in, so that they can't get out of it. They also had a nice front porch to sit out on. It's a small place."

"I am not great at writing but i do want to thank the people who took good care of me and were kind to me. There were many aides who cared for me at silver healthcare center and all deserve praise. The food was good and even the cleaning people were polite and helpful."

"My husband stayed at Manorcare Health Services. I was happy with the level of care that he got there. The staff and patient ratio were good. "

"The people were very friendly at this location and shared a lot of smiles. The sheets on the beds were very clean and the birds that were used as pets were always chirping and smiling. The caretakers gave the people whatever they needed and always had a smile on their face. A request was never too much for them. Also, the affordability of this nursing home was great. It was a great place to see my family member live. The facility such as the walls, toilets, beds, etc. were always clean and polished and seemed as if there was no disease in the area. This made it more comfortable to see my grandfather grow old there. It was a clean place for him to stay healthy. The food was not the best but my grandfather seemed satisfied with it. I hope everyone tries to put their family members in this care home! It is one of a kind. "

"I visited Autumn Lake Healthcare at Cherry Hill. The activities, the providers, and the things that I was looking for Mom were there, but I wasn't comfortable with the room situation. The staff was friendly and attentive. They would smile. Not everyone is perfect, but I felt the staff looked at the visitors and gave them a little attention, so it made me feel good. They did well. It was clean."

"My Girlfriend was in there with Copd,, In her early 50's ,,, they took great care of her,,, she had to make trips to the hosp as her lungs were shot,, I went every morning to bring her coffee , they always let me in early as I take care of my mom 95 at my house,, so I had to get home,,, but I went there everyday ,, were always nice,, she passed a few months ago ,, but I would recommend this place to anyone ,, even myself when I need extra help,,,, I can't remember day she passed was 3 4 months ago"

"Care One was great to me during my stay in rehab. My family is going away next month and I will be staying there for a respite. My health has declined so much over the past few years and I finally building my strength back up from the wonderful therapy department."
