"For the most part, Washington Township Senior Living was wonderful. When my mother-in-law was there, she had a stroke and needed extra care. We just removed her from there because she has improved so much that she's able to care for herself. She was there for six months. They gave her therapy, managed her medicine, and helped her with bathing. She improved and developed some strength. "

"We went to quite a few places and United Methodist Communities at Pitman seemed to be the one that was the most caring. They just seemed to get along with all the residents and it seemed like a very happy, open, and well-run place. The staff was more than excellent. My mother-in-law is going into nursing care and it's going to be two people in a room. They seemed fine. They each have a bureau. They each have a closet and they can bring a chair into the room. It seemed very clean and it was nice. They had a common area with couches. They also had a television room with chairs and they had few dining rooms. They had a rehabilitation area for therapy. I spoke to quite a few people that know of this place and they had nothing but rave reviews about it."

"This facility seems to keep it's long term patients emotional, physical and spiritual health all in mind. I have been there with my Church to perform services for the residents (as our church does once a month) and the residents all seem to be very well taken care of and happy for the most part. There are times when a person goes to the facility just for rehab perhaps after a stroke or other event, but then there are people that live there full time and they are all treated with dignity and respect. Some times the older folks who seem to be permanent residents get emotional at our hymn sings and the girl that works for the facility and coordinates the services is always there to try to comfort them as best she can. The faculty is clean,well lit and welcoming. Actually one of my distant relatives also stayed in this place for a short in and she had nothing but good things to say about everyone. "

"My mom was at Deptford center for rehab after a fall. The staff was so nice and caring. Her rehab was fantastic and she’s now doing well on her own at home. "

"Spring Hills Post Acute is bright and beautiful and designed to assist elderly individuals recover while enjoying their stay. While other centers do not allow family to stay with the patients, this administration welcomed family members. The private suites had pull out sofa beds in the rooms for convenience. The food served at the Bistro was average but one could choose a made to order meal from a daily menu. The staff went above and beyond in providing me with exemplary care namely: CRNP Kelly, PT Stefan and Jester, RNs: Sister D. and Charlene, Concierge Annalynn, Aides: Kenny and Crystal, Activity: Mia, Tiffany, Vaughn, Bistro/kitchen: Hosefeena, Housekeeping: Kim et al. Dean from Administration was Top Notch in handling our medical concerns with prompt and efficient care.. Because of the outstanding staff, wonderful activities, immaculately clean and bright environment, excellent physical, occupational, speech therapy, and many amenities which all lead to wellness in life, I highly recommend this place!"

"The last place where my friend was until he went back to the hospital was Laurel Manor. It was pretty nice. They kept the patients engaged in games, and they were well aware of who they were and what their problems were. The place was very clean and did not smell. It didn't even smell like a hospital. The staff seemed to be very friendly. "

"We chose Shady Lane because it is a nursing home and for the kind of care that my grandmother needed, that was a top priority for us. Also the location was within 5 miles from my home, so it ended up working out for us. My grandmother did well there. She did very well. It was close to her, so knowing that the staff there was local, she did know some people there. They were the staff who knew her from growing up, so it made it a lot easier for her. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with it. They do so many activities with them all the time, all day long. They make sure no matter they would pull her out of her room and say, "you're coming." They have a singer come in a couple of times a week. They take her down to the salon; they get her hair and nail done. They make it as comfortable and as homey as possible. It works out for my grandmother; they are really, really good. "

"My mom is at Manorcare Health Services, and it's great there. She likes it. She's in rehab, and I think she's going to stay there long-term because that's what she wants. The food looks pretty good, and my mom eats every last bite. She says the food is delicious. I have just told the staff that I was very pleased with them. My mom loves it there because they give her a lot of attention. The therapy is excellent, and they have her up and walking. The nurses are very attentive, and they keep me updated about everything. Right now, I don't have any problems with the place. "

"My mother-in-law is in a short-term nursing home at Cedar Grove. Because of COVID, we can't go in, and we don't have a face-to-face with the staff, let alone with my mother-in-law. The social worker and the PT reach out to me once a week with a call, and I appreciate that. I'm happy with it, but it's not the same thing as going in and having face-to-face. You can't get past the lobby, but I was grateful we had it so close to us. Between her siblings, and where my husband and I live, we're basically all around corners, so I'm happy with the location."

"The people here are so easy to get along with. Physical therapy was very good and so was speech therapy. I only had one bad experience with a nurse. Everyone else was so nice and positive. Everyone that I dealt with came in with a positive persona. The activities staff came in everyday to make sure I was okay and offered me to join them in their events. They were very friendly as well. Every nurse and cna met my needs. It was easy for me to work with everyone. They matched my time frame and even when they were busy they were on top of the patients. I was concerned to come to this facility due to a poor experience at another facility but promedica went above and beyond to make me feel safe and secure. My room was cleaned thoroughly every day. "

"Lions Gate seemed like a very caring facility, and able to meet everybody's needs. The hard part was you put up a certain amount of money so that you're there for a lifetime, and some people can't afford to do that, but they're really good. We stayed for lunch and the food was great. They have an active physical therapy class, which was helpful for me, and they have a pool, which I really need. All the food accommodations are also provided, and they take you out to either groceries or to the malls. They're still in the process of building new structures too."

"My grandfather was recently here for subacute rehab and ended up staying there for long term care. The staff treated him with dignity and respect. They took excellent care of him. I would definitely recommend this facility. "
