"Juniper Village was recommended to me by a friend. I was amazed at the down home feel of the place and of the people that work there. My mom is well cared for and is kept very busy throughout the day. She even goes to Mass there every week. I am very glad to have found them."

"It is a 1-floor facility. My mother has a nice room, her own bathroom, and her own living space. They have activities. I have dined there, and it's fine. They've got physical therapy and a nice television room. It has easy access."

"I am so thankful for nurses and the aids at the Mews. They go above and beyond . Kim schedules trips for them and even comes in on her days off. She finds cute activites and does them with the patients woth the help of Sarah. They make sure the unit is cute and decorated for every holiday. The aids are wonderful with the residents and i know they get great nursing care. Im happy my grandmom gets to call this place home and it guves me comfort knowing she is well cared for. "

"The rooms at Spring Oak were nice and large. They had a one-bedroom with a bedroom and a living room. My father was going to have a private room, but they didn't have the care for him. They had a lot of different activities every day. The memory care unit had their own dining hall and little kitchen. They had activities going on all through the day and trips. It was a nice facility. I would like him to be there, but it didn't work out that way."

"Brookdale Echelon Lake assisted living seemed nice and people were nice. The people there seemed pretty happy too. The tour was very nice and the staff that did it was very nice. He's retiring though so he won't be there anymore. The apartment seemed nice but it was just a model apartment. The facility looked very nice, very clean, and just remodeled. They have an ice cream night once a week and they said they have recreational stuff too. The dining room looked nice and clean. The residents seemed happy there. I think they have bingo but I'm not sure about the other activities. The location seemed nice, it's right off a mall. I would say it's worth the look."

"When I went to Brookdale Evesham, we liked it so much that we just stayed there and I called the other one and told them I was canceling my visit. I thought the people were very friendly and courteous. The environment was clean and newly refurbished. There is a full activity schedule every day. The dining hall and menu options were very good. They have private dining rooms for families. The courtyard and landscaping are very nice. They keep bottles of water in coolers outside so that the residents can just grab a bottle of water whenever they need it. I talked to some of the residents and they all seemed very happy with the place. The only thing I physically saw was there was an exercise group going on while I was there. It was chair yoga, and there were probably a dozen people in a room doing exercises with a video leader."

"My father lives at this facility. They offer great care while allowing the residents to live independent lives. I visit with my father daily and interact with staff and other residents while I am there. The other day was my fathers' birthday. The staff coordinated a birthday party for him and all the staff and residents participated in the party. Staff brought home made food that they made themselves. It was great! They all went out of their way to make my father's birthday extra special. The care they provide is way more than I expected it would ever be! "

"I recently visited this community to see what all the buzz was about. Although lots of renovations underway the employees and residents I encountered were happy and excited despite the obvious inconvenience of living and working through the noise and dust. The new look of the lobby is very modern but warm and inviting. The overall new design looks great. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. "

"I visited first for volunteer work and I noticed the both the staff and the people living there were all kind and helpful when I had to ask questions. The facility is clean and the personel put their patients in first. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is provided as well as an assortment of activities for the guests such as badminton, water aerobics, swimming class, aerobics, dance classes, movie night, golf, board games and also a large television were the guests can enjoy their free time. This facility is great if you're looking for a place where people care. The second time I went I was looking for information for my grandmother. Although she ended up not living there she loved the facilities. "

"Brittany Manor didn't provide respite care services. Going in there, it was more for people who are mentally challenged. Before I went in, there was a resident already asking me for money while I was sitting in my car, and then when I went in, there was another resident who was asking me for money, and food, and whatever I had in my hand. The person who walked me around was a five. My experience trying to confirm that I had a tour was a one or a zero. I called to confirm, and no one seemed to be able to confirm with me that they were aware that I was coming. They said they would get back to me, and no one ever got back to me, so I just wound up showing up, and the person who gave me the tour was very friendly. However, she wasn't necessarily prepared to provide a tour. The place was very disheveled. Whoever owned the place before, that signage was still up there. The facility smelled as soon as I got in the door. The staff pretty much mentioned this is for people who have mental disabilities. The room I saw wasn't dirty. It's just that everything looked old. Everything didn't look like it was maintained properly. That's not a place I would recommend for anybody. It didn't seem like the patients were even well taken care of. The people that I talked to on the phone were not professional in my book, and telling me that you're going to get back to me, and then you still don't get back, that was very concerning."

"We toured Springfield Crossings. The people there were extremely nice. We got to speak to a number of the residents, and they had positive things to say about the community. The facility looked like it was well laid out and would meet the needs of the assisted living that we thought we needed for our father. I did not see any residents doing activities. There was a generally open area and a dining facility. The residents were holding a meeting during the time we were there. The facility was clean and they were in the process of updating the rooms and hallways."
