My dad moved into CareOne at Evesham. I picked them because of their location. I heard good things from other people I knew who had family members there. My father liked it. The staff members are very nice. When they went on shifts, they came in and introduced themselves. They were always upbeat. They knew my father and remembered his name. I liked all of that. My father loves the food. He can get as much as he wants. They have a lot of nice programs. They have a minister who comes out on Fridays, which is really nice. They play the typical bingo, word games, and a lot of dominoes. They have activities going on all day, every day. They give the newsletter out every day to tell what activities, what time, or where they are. They're all easy to get to. Everything is in the center of the buildings, so it's set up really well. The woman who I spoke to first was very helpful, giving me general knowledge of things I didn't know.

My loved one is at the CareOne at Evesham. The thing we like least about the place is the lack of professionalism from the staff. We ask for things, we don't get answers. We asked three people the same question, and they all looked at the same computer with the same report, and they gave us three different answers. This is a really, really poorly run facility. We have multiple times raised issues to try and get resolved. You go back in a day or two later and nothing is resolved. You raised it again, they said they're going to take care of it. You go back a day or two later, nothing is resolved. They just don't follow through with absolutely anything. The care is poor. They do not actively seek to help our loved one who is there. She is in a worse condition now than it was when she got there, which is why we're taking her out of there. They absolutely need new leadership for that facility that can get the behaviors and practices improved for that place. It needs a lot of work. My loved one didn't have a controller for the TV or a call button for the nurse's station, and that's one of the things we asked them to get one. It took them probably three weeks to get a call button for her room. Her phone didn't work. She couldn't even call a nurse if she wanted to, and no one seemed to care about getting a call button. It's sad. It's poorly, poorly run.

My father is in CareOne at Evesham. I haven't been too happy with the activities and the attention when it comes to giving him a shower. I just feel like he's kind of fallen through the cracks. The staff is a mixed bag. It's a very nice facility though. The common spaces are real nice. It's decorated really nice, but that doesn't make up for other stuff. The food is OK. They have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They talked about taking all kinds of trips out, and then they weren't doing it, so I had to complain. Now they're trying to take more bus trips out, but it could be better. They need to improve their communication with family.

CareOne at Evesham was fabulous. It was my favorite. The facility was beautiful. It had a great open feel when you walked in and all the residents seemed happy. They were actually in the middle of doing activities in the main community room when we were there. The actual apartments were very nice and a good size. The staff was very cheery. The woman who gave us the tour was so thorough, upbeat, and informative. They got a beautiful dining room, a nice physical therapy area, and laundry services available. Everything looked clean and well cared for.

I have seen CareOne at Evesham, it was more hospital like, and didnt have a secure floor. It was more of a nursing home, the staff was friendly and nice, and they have a room where they had physical therapy. The rooms were more hospital like, with 2 beds in a room.

I would not refer CareOne at Evesham. When my father got sick, the care was horrible. When I needed a transportation, they told me they didn't have it even though they told me they did. They told me a lot of things that they didn't have. They brought all the patients down when somebody was coming. They made it look like it was an active community. The food was very good. However, housekeeping was horrible. The room was very small and not clean. When residents push the button, they had to wait for 45 minutes at least. It was horrific when they're sick. You might as well take them home and take care of them.

CareOne at Evesham Assisted Living was very good and probably the one I liked the best. They pretty much covered everything. David sat down with me for a while, explained everything, asked me about my mom, and had a good, long talk. He showed me the nice facilities and introduced me to a lot of the staff members and residents, which was great. Everything was very nice. The outdoor areas and dining area were very good. They had a center hall or an atrium for activities and games. There's really nothing negative I could say about them at all.

I would give CareOne at Evesham the highest star. It's the best place that I can think of. The food as well as the staff is excellent.
