"I went to Juniper Village at Bucks County and I was greeted properly. They've got very nice people. The place was clean. They showed us several apartments, several of the crafts that they were doing, the restaurant, and the menu. Everything was great. They have studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms. The staff during the tour was very nice. They have a church on the premises. The buy-in was cheap. We tried to set up several luncheons, but we weren't able to do that."

"Wynwood of Northampton Manor is an old place, but it had a very good feeling from the residents. They seemed genuinely happy there. The staff was very, very helpful. "

"I liked that The Terraces at Lawrence is close to me because I'm the one who would be visiting my sister there. We spoke to some people and they were very friendly, and helpful, and went out of their way to try to accommodate my interest and question. Linda gave me the tour and she was great. The rooms were fine and the dining area was attractive. I especially liked the chapel that was there. I didn't see many people, but it seemed pleasantly friendly. They have games and outings to go places and movies."

"My aunt is in memory care at CareOne Assisted Living at Hamilton. The staff is knowledgeable, very attentive to the residents, very helpful, and caring. The experience is very good. She likes the food. She attended some bingo sessions, but that's all she mentioned to me."

"My wife has been a resident at Arden Courts of Warminster since November 19, 2013. Before placing my wife my family and I visited many other communities. Arden was recommended to us by a social worker and physician. We could not have placed her in a better community! Everyone from administration, caregivers, cooks, and housekeeping are very caring. They take time to talk to the residents and are all concerned about the residents needs. In addition, Arden Courts has monthly support groups for families and friends which are very helpful. They have many functions that families can participate in such as a special Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas party, and barbecues. I would highly recommend Arden Courts to anyone who is looking for memory care. "

"The place is beautifully decorated, and the staff friendly and helpful. Residents seem to enjoy crafts and entertainment. The rooms are generously sized, with private bathrooms.Activities are numerous, including occasional "field-trip" visits. It seems like a happy and friendly place!"

"My father has been in Commonwealth Senior Living at Willow Grove for a week. It needs some updating. The staff is very pleasant. They are very attentive. But with the amount of money that they request per month, I think they need some updates. There should be a lot more communication between billing and the billing department. Overall, my father is comfortable where he is, and so far, he likes it. My father's room is fine. The maintenance works from Monday through Friday. However, I think the residents suffer a little bit in the evenings and on the weekends when maintenance is not there, especially the residents who need more care, so that has been a concern of mine. With regards to food, my father seems to like the food, and he likes communicating with the other residents during mealtimes. I think the dining room could use a little bit more updating though. With regards to activities, for what my father would be interested in, I think it is catered more to the female residents as opposed to the male residents. I wish they had more activities that were male and veteran-centered."

"I like Memory Care Living - Princeton very much because Dad is getting good care and all of his meals are included. His room is small, but he doesn’t need a lot of space. They're keeping a good eye on him, and I like the staff. I was there when they were making the food, which they cooked from scratch. I would have eaten the food because it looked delicious. He ate, so I know he's satisfied. I like their director, but I've had very little interaction with the staff."

"I toured Maplewood at Princeton. It was nice, very bright, and clean. There were a lot of activities for the residents. It was like a luxurious hotel. It was beautiful. It's a nice place to be if you pick an assisted living facility. The person who took me around was very good."

"I found Sunrise of Abington through recommendation and online search. However, my parent didn't like this community at all. It was too old. I don't think we were there more than 10 minutes before he realized that my parent didn't like this place. I could just sense he didn't like this place. It was too "wheel-chairy" for him. My father is still active. However, they did have beautiful rooms. They're well decorated and well taken care of. It was a nice facility, but my father just didn't want this place. Regarding activities, they only had bingo, board games, and card room and my father would not have been happy in this place. The people who were there loved it though. They came and stayed there, they wanted that more country living, but my father is a city person and he wanted more of a city-urban setting. Also it was much smaller than the other place. However, the staff seemed very nice, and it was a nice place. "

"I toured Viva Senior Living at Dresher. It was good. Everything was excellent. The tour guide was nice. The cafeteria was nice and big. The rooms were nice-sized, big, and looked new. They had a nice bath size for them. I liked the cleanliness, activities, interaction, and personal care with the resident. They have plenty of parking, and the upkeep was excellent."
