My dad stayed at the Artis Senior Living of Yardley. The people that worked there were great. I felt like that was the safest for him, I felt that that was the best. His living space was very nice and he's in a one-bedroom. It was very clean. It was very nice because it was one floor and it kind of went like a circle. I think it's 72 they could handle. So it was broken up into sections, but they all would follow in, like, come back to the same spot, like, they'd all meet in the middle. He had very few meals just because of his situation, but they gave him a corned beef sandwich to eat one day. They put it on his nightstand, and they said, "Why don't you just eat it because he's not eating." I took one bite. It was very good. They had an activity room that everybody would meet at, which was very convenient. Everybody could find it, no problem, and it was in a circle. So a lot of them did like they walked around in a circle all day long. So it was perfect for them. He never really got to do anything, but from what I could read on the board, there was a lot that was offered as best as they could. I think it's a better value than the other ones that I saw. I'm very happy with that.

We visited Artis Senior Living of Yardley. It looked beautiful. The reason why I didn't put my mom there was because of their shared shower area. It was very dark, and it looked like they had one chair that everybody used. I wouldn't want to take a shower in there. That's seriously the reason why I crossed that off the list right away. And the price was very high compared to other places, and they didn't have a private bath. They had a really nice activity room, and they had the dining area. They showed us a single room. I didn't like the room so much because it looked like a hospital room with carpeting. It wasn't like going to an apartment. The staff was nice though.
