My grandfather was recently here for subacute rehab and ended up staying there for long term care. The staff treated him with dignity and respect. They took excellent care of him. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Let me just start by saying, that if you want your love one to be neglected, stolen from and quickly expired take them to this place! My sister that was in her fifties was admitted here for Subacute care to have Rehabilitation to help her get back to her home, she Drastically started declining where she was constantly left in bed with very little or hardly no Physical therapy! Her cellphone had been stolen after being replaced about 3 or 4 times! Myself, her daughter and other family members asked why was her phone constantly being stolen? And why after the Facility is getting paid a get some of money from her income why doesn't she have a landline/phone for her use? No one seem to be able to answer that question! My sister complained of pain and possible sores on the lower part of her extremities, her daughter checked and found there were wounds there! She took pictures which we have! My sister had Asthma and caught COVID-19 while there, she was only there less then a year, she constantly had colds, sore throat, laryngitis and difficulty breathing! I live over ab hour away and was only able to get there 1 time because of caring for our Elderly Dad. I called there the day before she passed away telly the floor she was on that I'm trying to reach my Sister and want to talk to her! The Nurse said their passing out trays and to call back later! I did a few hours later they said she's sleeping! I called an couple of hours later I got no answer! The next morning her Daughter called me to say that the Facility called her say " We went in your Mom's room she's unresponsive she gone! We were Devastated! What happened? How did this happen? I believe something went wrong or maybe she had a Asthma attack that's why the day before they wouldn't let me speak to her! I wouldn't bring a stray animal to this place! If you want the proper care for your love one, I suggest you do the same!

My mother is in Echelon Care and Rehab Center and she hates it there. It's rundown, and the food's awful. She wants to get out of there so badly. She went to rehab, and it seemed like she liked it there. They were doing what she needed and then that stopped. They didn't give her the care that they were giving her. She decided to be a resident because she thought they were taking good care of her, but then it all went downhill. They ignore her. It's not beautiful at all. It's horrible. It's old and dilapidated. There's nothing nice about it. You get on these little elevators with the people who are coming in with the gurneys. They squash everybody together on the little elevator with the wheelchair people. It's clean. That part's good. Sometimes, you don't get treated very well. Sometimes, there's a little bit of prejudice going on. Sometimes, she gets ignored. Like last week, she didn't have her medication. They didn't have four days of two of the medications that she takes. She's in a shared room with a little television. There's nothing fancy about it. There's a little closet. She hardly has anywhere to put her clothes. She has a bathroom in there, but it's more like a hospital setting. There are two beds, and the people need a lot of care. She doesn't need that. She's pretty self-sufficient. They have entertainment on certain days, like they have somebody come in and deejay, and they play music. They have bingo. Some people are better than others in there, but not too many. Most of them are not caring enough. A lot of times they tell her to go back to her room. There's one nurse in there that's nice, but that's it. The rest of them are not so nice. If you go there for physical therapy when you come out of the hospital, it's good for that, but not long-term care.

Staff was extremely helpful towards residents and visitors. The great nursing care was evident throughout. The rooms were nice, and well maintained. I would highly recommend.
