Marlton Gardens Gracious Retirement Living is a beautiful place, but you have to go down to the dining room for your meals, and so you don't have privacy with that many people. I'm a loner, I never had any children, and no one ever lived with me, so I'm used to being alone. This place was very friendly, and the people were wonderful. However, I would say 80% of them were people who needed assistance with everything. I don't need assistance with dressing, emptying my garbage, or cleaning my apartment (because cleaning your apartment is included), and I don't need that. Other than that, the apartment itself is beautiful. I guess I'm looking for more privacy. I realized an apartment building was going to have people, but you should be able to come and go as you wish. That place was kind of like between independent living and a nursing home. It upsets me to see all those people in wheelchairs and stuff. I haven't tried their food yet, but you don't even have a stove, and you only have a microwave. Everything is cooked for you. You go downstairs to the main dining room, which is rather large, and you sit at a table with a bunch of people, and you eat, and I'm not ready for that. Nevertheless, they have everything there. They have a movie theater and a library. They basically have things that a nursing home or an assisted living facility would have. It was clean, and the people were very nice. They were wonderful. The lady interviewer was wonderful. She showed me around the place.

I visited the independent living community of Marlton Gardens Gracious Retirement Living, and they were great. They're brand new, well-done, the rooms are large, the laundry facility is close by, and the elevators are on two or three sides of the building. I like the activities, and the people were very nice. Overall, it's very nice, with lots of outdoor spaces to sit and relax in. You could park at the nearest entrance to your building, near where your room is, which I thought was nice. They're also very clean. The staff members were very nice, very warm, welcoming, and informative. They're very good. They offered me a cake to take home. I didn't take part in it, but they also offered me lunch and welcomed me back on Sunday to a brunch they're having.

I will move into Marlton Gardens Gracious Retirement Living. It was a very nice and welcoming place. It is close to where I have lived for the past few years, and my church is in the area. Three meals are included, and the food has been very good. They're adequate, the amount that you need, and you can even get more. Everybody has been very friendly. They speak to you whenever you're nearby. It is a wonderful place. It's very beautifully decorated, and the building is very well taken care of.

We toured Marlton Gardens Gracious Retirement Living. It's a brand-new facility. It was an open house. We were invited, and it was a prime rib lunch. The staff was all wonderful. Everybody we met was friendly, outgoing, and marvelous. The apartments were roomy and had wonderful verandas. The only disadvantage is that it was strictly a kitchenette, and I wanted a kitchen, and that was one of the deciding factors. They had a garden area and a pet walk. They had a beautiful library, a relatively large theatre, a huge area for crafts and gathering,and a fantastic workout area. It was perfect, and the food was fantastic.

I like that Marlton Gardens Gracious Retirement Living is brand new. They have a lot of activities for the residents. They seem very caring. They always have somebody on hand to check and make sure that everyone is okay. The staff was very kind and very helpful. They were very accommodating. They answered all my questions. They did everything they could to help me out. The structure is beautiful, very spacious and very well put together. It almost looks like a cruise ship. It felt warm. Everyone was very attentive.

We toured Marlton Gardens Gracious Retirement Living. It's brand new and has a lot more amenities than what we need, but it's very attractive. The tour we had was very, very, thorough. The staff was excellent. I only met the person in charge, and I was very impressed by him.
