"My husband moved to MorningStar of Mission Viejo. The interior organization there, they communicate well with each other. The management style is excellent. They communicate well between each department, so it's a very soft touch, but they pay attention to the information about their clients. The facility is great. It's interesting. It's a small building. It's not one of the biggest, most extravagant buildings that I've seen, but the staff is great. The food is amazing. The food is excellent. They do a good job there. My husband is a little reserved. He's not quite interested in that part of things, but it looks like they have a lot going on. They have an outreach program where they're working with the Saddleback Emeritus programming, and they're introducing some classes at their facility through Emeritus."

"When I visited Park Terrace, I like that they had so many activities. They had a fitness room and three different restaurants. The rooms were very clean. They were bigger than the other facility, much more modern, and it has good views; they were very nice. We didn't try the food though. They have more activities than I even knew what to do with. The dining area is very nice."

"We toured Crestavilla three different times. We like all of the different activities. My cousin wanted a two-bedroom apartment, and they had two-bedroom apartments available. That was very important. We like the restaurant. There was nothing about it really that we did not like. We liked everything about it. The staff seemed very friendly and attentive. The first time we were there, we had an omelet at breakfast time, and it was a very good omelet. It was very well prepared, exactly as we ordered. It was delicious. The building seemed to be very clean. It did not look like it needed any work like refurbishment or anything. It was in very good shape. It seemed to be well laid out. They had very large rooms. Some of the two-bedroom rooms are almost 1300 square feet. It's laid out nicely. When you go in, you feel like you're in a very nice apartment. It doesn't feel like a hospital room or a studio apartment or anything like that. It felt very spacious. The one that my cousin will get has two nice views out of her apartment. The bedroom overlooks the pool, and the living room overlooks Crown Valley Parkway."

"We came to tour Ivy Park for our grandparents. Naomi was our contact person. From phone calls to touring the facility she showed compassion and listened to our needs and concerns. We decided to bring our grandparents to Ivy Park because of the room sizes and the assisted Living care they offer. The dining also gives the resident other options not just whats on the menu . We are looking forward to having our family member use the Beauty salon they have there too. Over all we have been very satisfied with Ivy Park and Naomi’s compassion to meet our concerns for our family."

"We toured Woodbridge Terrace of Irvine. We liked the surroundings and the accoutrements that were part of the facility. The people there were very helpful in discussing questions we had. I think that sums up our impression, my son's and mine, of the facility. The people were having snacks and finishing up breakfast, and it looked appetizing. The facility looked very inviting, well-kept, and maintained with a variety of different settings."

"Atria Golden Creek had a resort look. It had a memory care area and it looked like it was well set-up for that. I really liked that it had memory care although it was more expensive. My mom could stay there and if she stayed then I wouldn't need to hire a personal caregiver, I do not have to worry about her wandering off. The facility and rooms were nice. They seemed to have good personnel. I heard they had a very well-praised chef and they had a nice little dining room. "

"I love everything about The Fountains at Sea Bluffs. The location was beautiful. It's right off the ocean, so it got a nice ocean view. They had different kinds of apartments. I like them better than the other place. They're a lot roomier and more spacious for the residents. They're well maintained and clean. Everybody appeared happy there."

"We visited here, and they were very friendly, and very nice. They showed us around, they called back a couple of times, and we went for another visit. The staff was very friendly, very nice, made a great connection with us, and were very sincere."

"I toured and the place is spotless and very pleasant. All the residents there seemed very happy to be there. The staff was very professional and very kind to the residents. It was not a large area but it was very pleasant. It was shaded with lots of chairs and umbrellas. They had raised flower beds for the residents to do some planting activity, so it's really nice."

"Park Plaza was a nice place. It was fabulous and beautiful. They didn't have the availability at the time that I was going to need it, but I may be needing something much later and it would be for longer periods. My mother got to meet the staff and talked to some of the residents during the tour. They took her around the site and she got to meet the chef too. It was just a outstanding place. We toured the place for a respite stay. The place was immaculate. They have longevity as far as the employees being there. Some people had been there for over twenty years. So, in that type of environment, it must be a very warm and very pleasant environment, because that's a long time to work at a company. Everything that they provided was, to me, top-notch. The food was also excellent. They have a lot of good varieties. Even though they have set meals, they have something outside of the menu. If someone didn't like anything on that day, the items are not going to be limited. They will have basic things that they could order to eat throughout the day. The spacing for their location, like the studio and the one-bedroom, in my opinion, was huge. I just thought it was nice, ad the grounds were nice. They do outdoor water aerobics, then they have a nice courtyard outside, a library, a game room, and a billiards room where they play pool. There wasn't anything you could say about that place that wasn't just perfect. My mother had a good experience. The residents sat down with us while they were eating and they said that they feel comfortable and well kept. Lastly, they had the best desserts. We had a raspberry cake like an ice cream kind of cake and it was just delicious. They also make a lot of things from scratch, like their cookies, they were the best. I'm a baker so I can appreciate really good baking."

"We’re already living in The Meridian at Anaheim Hills. My daughter chose it, but I like it very much. It’s close to where we used to live, and the number one thing is that you don’t have to buy into it. The staff is really nice, so we like them a lot. I am a happy resident. I’m very pleased, and I love the apartment. It’s a two-bedroom, two-bathroom; I love it. "

"Corona RCFE was very nice, and the people were very friendly. The grounds were good. The room is perfect for my mother who is 92. She just needs a room with a little bed, a chair, and a TV. That's all she needs. It looks like she can go out and go to the dining room area, and things like that, and they have those things available too. The staff who helped me was very friendly and answered all the questions. She was very good. I didn't sample the food, but the dining area was fine. For activities, they have a little room where people can go and they can meet with each other and play games and so on, so that's fine."
