"My husband moved to MorningStar of Mission Viejo. The interior organization there, they communicate well with each other. The management style is excellent. They communicate well between each department, so it's a very soft touch, but they pay attention to the information about their clients. The facility is great. It's interesting. It's a small building. It's not one of the biggest, most extravagant buildings that I've seen, but the staff is great. The food is amazing. The food is excellent. They do a good job there. My husband is a little reserved. He's not quite interested in that part of things, but it looks like they have a lot going on. They have an outreach program where they're working with the Saddleback Emeritus programming, and they're introducing some classes at their facility through Emeritus."

"I toured Park Terrace. It was wonderful, beautiful, and luxurious, and the tour was very good, with all the amenities and beyond. They were under construction a little bit while I was there. They're putting in a restaurant or something. So, there was some construction going on in the entryway. It was very nice. The staff who gave the tour was nice. They have a studio and a one-bedroom, but the thing was that you had to bring all your own furniture because it's an apartment. They were just empty rooms."

"Woodbridge Terrace of Irvine is a beautiful facility. They are renovating it. So you get a newer feeling to it. You can tell there's new paint and new carpet. Even though they are still working in some areas, it's a very nice-looking place. It's clean and the garden is nice. They have things that are pretty much all that a person could ask for. They have a dining room, a library, and several lounge areas on each floor. They have a cafe but you could tell that the garden was the best selling point. The rooms I saw were nice big sizes, both with the terrace. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable."

"Atria Golden Creek has a wonderful staff and each one knows our name. They always have a smile and friendly greeting to everyone. I feel very safe and secure within these walls. The activity director, Mo, and his assistant Gabby lead us in special activities, games, outings. Joseph is always available to drive to doctors’ appointments, shopping and excursions! I don’t know how they maintain their high energy level. The dietary crew (chefs, waitresses, waiters) manage to feed us a variety of delicious food. There’s always an option available to choose from. The Bistro is an impressive array of various food selections from jello, pudding, cookies, muffins to pizza pies and salads. You really won’t go hungry. There’s always a building itself is clean ans well maintained. From the outside entry, balcony, meeting rooms and each apartment is clean and well organized. A real pleasure to live here."

"We toured Crestavilla three different times. We like all of the different activities. My cousin wanted a two-bedroom apartment, and they had two-bedroom apartments available. That was very important. We like the restaurant. There was nothing about it really that we did not like. We liked everything about it. The staff seemed very friendly and attentive. The first time we were there, we had an omelet at breakfast time, and it was a very good omelet. It was very well prepared, exactly as we ordered. It was delicious. The building seemed to be very clean. It did not look like it needed any work like refurbishment or anything. It was in very good shape. It seemed to be well laid out. They had very large rooms. Some of the two-bedroom rooms are almost 1300 square feet. It's laid out nicely. When you go in, you feel like you're in a very nice apartment. It doesn't feel like a hospital room or a studio apartment or anything like that. It felt very spacious. The one that my cousin will get has two nice views out of her apartment. The bedroom overlooks the pool, and the living room overlooks Crown Valley Parkway."

"I saw Ivy Park at San Juan Capistrano and toured assisted living. It didn't have the independent living portion that I was looking for. It's a beautiful property, and it is semi-well-located but there are no facilities that you could walk to near it, and that was a drawback to me. It was well-done and well-kept, though. I looked at the one-bedroom apartments, and they were nice. The people I met with were very knowledgeable and helpful. All the occupants I met also seemed to be very happy and congenial. There were two reasons, and I did not choose them. The lack of independent living and the location having no services close to it. There were no stores or anything that you could walk to."

"The staff here was friendly. The facility was beautiful and there were a lot of interesting details and features that made it very special. The dining area was nice. The individuals can order off a menu, like at a restaurant. There were nice outdoor spaces and opportunities for recreation and programming, like music. Everyone was accommodating."

"My mom moved into Sea Bluffs. So far, I very much like the place. My mom's room was nice, but they had limited availability. It's very clean. My mom can take a shower on her own, and they didn't have any more rooms available that had their own shower, which is the only downside. So my mom is using the shower that they would use for somebody who requires assistance taking a shower. They pretty much keep people entertained most of the day. One of the things I like is that they do flower arrangements a couple of hours before dinner, and then once they're done, they use those flower arrangements as a table setting, so there are always fresh flowers at dinnertime on the table. They have a nice garden, and my dog is welcomed there when I go visit. It is the closest to my house, so it's easy to get to."

"I toured and the place is spotless and very pleasant. All the residents there seemed very happy to be there. The staff was very professional and very kind to the residents. It was not a large area but it was very pleasant. It was shaded with lots of chairs and umbrellas. They had raised flower beds for the residents to do some planting activity, so it's really nice."

"Although my mother was only at Atria since March 2024, until her recent passing, she could not stop talking about how wonderful the place was. She had a studio apartment that was so cute, and the atmosphere there was so cheerful. The staff was always so kind to my mother and always kept tabs on her, because she lived alone. If there was any issues with anything in her apartment, they would immediately fix it. I will actually miss the staff and appreciate all the fond memories they gave my mother."
