Caring staff from top to bottom. Friendliness and efforts made by staff to include residents in a myriad of activities. Opportunities for OT and PT up to 4 times a week.

We went to look at Atria Golden Creek. We liked everything there. But the feel of it seemed too dark. It wasn't light, bright, open, and airy. The hallways were much like a Vegas hotel. They were very long. And for someone in assisted living, going down long hallways wasn't a good choice. The rooms were nice. They had a patio off of them, and it was along the creek, which was nice. The staff was great, very knowledgeable, and helpful. He said if we had questions, even when we went to other places, we were free to call them back.

My parents moved into Atria Golden Creek. The staff is very kind and the facility is spotlessly clean. It's just great management and excellent food. They have a really nice theater, church services, a nice library, physical therapy, a nice beauty salon, and a nice bistro. My parents like the little bistro where they can order more of a relaxed breakfast and lunch as opposed to their formal dining room.

We really liked Atria Golden Creek. The tour was very thorough and I really liked the facility. It seemed like a very good atmosphere and ambience. If we were to choose, we would've chosen that for our mother. I met the director and she was very friendly, very open about the facility, and very informative. They have a media room, a salon, and an activities room. She showed us pretty much all the facilities there, the outdoors, and the deck. It looked very cheery, very well lit, and clean.

Atria has multiple daily activities to keep us as busy as we’d like to be. All the staff is helpful and friendly. There are weekly shopping trips to popular stores, and a personal driver to medical appointments. There is often entertainment at dinner. The apartments are roomy. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are daily exercise classes and a small gym.

I'm my dad's primary caregiver. Atria has made his transition from his home of almost 60 years, to Atria's assisted living, and soon thereafter to their memory care section, very easy on my dad and I. Living in his home by himself was getting very dangerous with a couple of falls and the last straw for my brothers and I. At memory care, he is still subject to falls, however the staff is very mindful of that, he is checked on regularly and i certainly feel that he's much safer there and now I don't have the fears I used to. Since he has moved there, his overall care has taken a large burden off of my shoulders and he's in a safer place. I am in contact with the staff as often as is necessary and they are in contact with me the same. We're a team for dad's care. All of the staff I'm in contact with throughout Atria are wonderful, pleasant and great to interact and work with. There are a few key staff that are especially important to me and we all work well together on dad challenges. I rely heavily on them for dad's care, and they deliver. That is very important to me.

Atria Golden Creek is a well managed facility with excellent staff/care givers. The staff is so caring and very committed to helping my wife in memory care. They helped her adjust to new environment. The staff plan and participate in activities through out the day that keep the residents engaged. I recognize many of the staff and all of them are so giving in helping. Some of them such as Jenny, Mary Ann, Lidia, Melanie and so many others that I can not recall their names are always tending to the patients needs. It is an outstanding facility with staff dedicated to serving and bringing joy to the residents.

I moved my father to Atria Golden Creek in December 2021, and their staff has been fantastic since Day 1. the staff is friendly, attentive, and professional, and I feel comfortable in the knowledge that Dad is well fed and cared for. Dad is happy with the care staff, the facilities, and of course, the food :-). Many thanks to Kym and her Life Guidance team for taking such good care of him, and keeping him comfortable and safe.

Atria has proved a godsend for my family. Knowing that my family member is being looked after and well cared for as much as possible - specially during Covid- gave me a lot of peace of mind. It is the kind of care that cannot be provided for at home 24 / 7. All the staff that I have met there so far over the last four years have been wonderful.

My mother has made her new home at Atria Golden Creek. The first thing we noticed when I was shown the property by their coordinator, Teresa, was that the people that work there are so friendly and everybody you run into says hello. The other thing that we noticed was the cleanliness at Atria. My Mother's apartment is so cute with her kitchenette and balcony. I enjoy seeing the residents outside their rooms socializing, playing bridge, rummy tiles, play reading groups, book groups (and there is a library there), bingo, stretching classes and of course the happy hours. Their coordinator for social events, Mo, is always walking around greeting people and there to help. They have entertainment at least once a week, group trips to museums, shopping and lunches out. Armando provides transportation to take them to Dr. appointments. Laundry and apartment cleaning is once a week and three meals a day are provided. This Atria is in a great location. It is across the street from the lakes in Woodbridge, a small shopping center with Grocer's Outlet to walk to and a bike/walking path that Atria has a group walk. I think the best part is that my Mother is safe and looked out for at Atria. I am so happy she is living there and has made so many new friends.

Located in sunny, warm Irvine, near idyllic paths and parks, Atria promises to be just the setting for my mother. Professional and friendly staff have guided and advised every step of the way. Thoughtful programming and a well thought out facility layout will make her transition easier. I know this will be a good fit for my active and inquisitive mother.

I went to Atria Golden Creek. Both memory care and assisted living had a great bunch of people. It's a nice facility. It had good caregiver programs for memory care. It's a nice physical layout. The salespeople were very informative and very kind. It looks like a great place. They have an intensive scheduled program, music, art, trips, well-scheduled days and nights, and a good ratio of caregivers. The rooms were very well designed and attractive. It was well run and it's an aesthetically appealing environment. The people I interacted with were excellent.

We were so grateful for my mom's patio space. During Covid, she was still able to go outside and get some fresh air.

We moved my aunt into Atria Golden Creek. The location is convenient to my home. The intake people were very helpful, friendly, kind and caring. They have provided safety and a welcoming community for her. She has a beautiful balcony and a view. The facility is clean. The staff members that are around are friendly to help her. Everybody is willing to help. She likes the food. She goes on walks, but that is the only thing that she has taken advantage of there. She is looking forward to meeting other people for garden club, flower arranging, movies and quilting.

Wow, was I blown away! The first impression is not only beautiful but some of the nicest people I have ever met. The seniors living there seem so happy to call it home. On the tour I was surprised by how nice the apartments were and that each has their own small kitchen and balcony. I wish I was ready to move in myself. They do all the cooking and cleaning, they just get to live their best life. I cant wait to show my Dad.

We have looked at Atria Golden Creek, and we're considering this one; it's really nice. It has a nice atmosphere, the people seemed very nice, and it's close. The staff that accommodated us during the tour was fair and the facility itself was very nice. I don't really like the color scheme, it's all like brown, and we found that less than attractive. It is nicely done, but we don't like the color ourselves which affects our opinion. We have a family friend who is there and they seemed to be happy with it, so that helped us decide. Other than that, we can only go by what we saw and it does seem nice. We would like to see a larger library, we would also like to see more activities although we know it's COVID now, but more art classes for instance, and a larger fitness facility. They have a very small fitness facility. They have a very nice restaurant or eating area that seemed very clean. People seemed pleased there. We saw them having an exercise class in the eating area, which was nice; a large group of people were there. It's nice that they're doing that; they do that twice a day. It's very nice but it's not exactly what I'd like to see.

I do not care for Atria Golden Creek. It is nice, but it isn't very homey. My sister chose it for my mother because this particular Atria has a 2-bedroom unit, which is not very nice. However, this community overlooks a small stream, which is nice. As I peeked in the rooms, I'm thinking their units are laid out so much better than Mom's 2-bedroom. It seems so cramped and small. You couldn't get in a small sofa, a small TV set, and maybe a small chair. You couldn't fit more than a full-sized bed and a dresser. It is a tight squeeze. Because my mother needs an adjustable bed, that is all they could fit in her bedroom, and then they put a dresser in there to store her clothes in. The food is OK. It is just a typical institutional food. They would order off what is always on the menu, so it is always the same. You can vary it up a little bit, but it is always the same thing.

I liked Atria Golden Creek. I found the staff to be very pleasant and accommodating. It was far more on the cruise ship on land model. I felt like they would be very accommodating, but it was like so over the top cost wise, and there wasn’t real sense of home like atmosphere. It’s very clean with large size units.

Atria Golden Creek is only two blocks from my sister's house, which was a huge consideration. They have a lot of indoor activities, yoga, exercise classes, and art classes. They have a physical therapist, so she can go to the gym and get her physical therapy. They have an occupational therapist that comes in twice a week who also works with her. They have doctors come and visit, and her psychiatrist and her geriatric specialist can see her there. Outdoor activities include field trips, and she can go on walks along the riverbank and around the lake. The staff has been very compassionate and warm and seemed to have a very thorough understanding of my mother and her medical and psychological issues right now. They have been very good about communicating and keeping up with things, managing her medications and managing her doctor's appointments. I've been very pleased. They have an assisted living program there, but for somebody who is relatively new to their dementia, it's a good place for them to go. The people have some level of independence that they encourage.

The staff was very helpful. They gave us a tour. It was a very nice big facility. We looked at a model room, and it was very well presented and very beautiful. We saw the dining room and saw the people being seated. It was like a nice restaurant. The only activity we observed in Atria was a church service. When we looked at the memory unit, it was quite different from the assisted living area, but all of them had adequate security as far as caring for the residents.

Atria Golden Creek had a resort look. It had a memory care area and it looked like it was well set-up for that. I really liked that it had memory care although it was more expensive. My mom could stay there and if she stayed then I wouldn't need to hire a personal caregiver, I do not have to worry about her wandering off. The facility and rooms were nice. They seemed to have good personnel. I heard they had a very well-praised chef and they had a nice little dining room.

I visited Atria Golden Creek once. The staff spent a lot of time to show us around. It was good for someone who wanted a smaller facility. There were not enough activity rooms and open spaces.
