We toured the Pacifica Senior Living South Coast's memory care unit. Their facility was a little more constrained, less open, and less of an area to live your life, I guess. The staff who assisted us during the tour was very cooperative and open enough to answer questions. The room we saw was very nice-looking and clean, but one thing we did not like about it was that it had a shared bathroom.

I toured and the place is spotless and very pleasant. All the residents there seemed very happy to be there. The staff was very professional and very kind to the residents. It was not a large area but it was very pleasant. It was shaded with lots of chairs and umbrellas. They had raised flower beds for the residents to do some planting activity, so it's really nice.

I toured and I like that it was a smaller facility, and it seemed fine. It was a little more institutional than the other place. The rooms seemed small. The community spaces seemed nice and adequate. Some of the furnishings were a little bit nicer.

I thought the moving my dad in was going to be hard just because its a new environment but my dad adapted very well and that was because the staff welcomed him with open arms as if they had already met him before. I've gone everyday since then to visit him and he just seems so happy being there. I'm glad i made this move where not only is my dad happy but i'm happy and comfortable with him being there.
