"It was very good, but they don’t have a big lobby. The rooms are very nice and luxurious, the staff seemed very nice, and some of the dining rooms were open 12 hours a day. They have a lot of activities. It was expensive. "

"It was very nice and clean. It didn’t smell like antiseptic or urine. It was scent-free, and I really liked that. It was in a good neighborhood, and it looked like it had plenty of activities. The rooms looked very nicely sized. The party room, library, and game room were very nicely appointed. The woman who assisted me was very nice, and I felt especially good about the fact that she was my agent, and I felt like she had a similar life experience with her own parents. So, that was a good match for me, and I knew she had an idea about senior living. "

"We visited the Park Plaza assisted living facility while searching for a place for our aunt to live in the area. The outside area was very nicely maintained and nice seating areas. The grounds outside offer easy access for residents, where they can enjoy walking around freely safely each day. We could see that there is also plenty of space to have cookouts, parties and picnics. The main greeting room was fresh and bright with very nice decorations and furniture. Throughout the facility, all of the indoor rooms had plenty of fresh air and light. Each room was beautifully decorated and furnished. The colors throughout the building were soothing and comfortable. Communal activity rooms were spacious, with comfortable furniture. The seniors can easily socialize, make crafts, play games, watch TV and films and participate in many stimulating activities. The facility seemed to be able to accommodate all levels of ambulation. The private rooms featured plenty of space in nicely decorated surroundings. All had a great deal of natural light and fresh air with very comfortable furniture and appeared to be nicely personalized. The dining room was quite nice, with plenty of space. The food we saw looked and smelled delicious. The menus all had healthy food options for all kinds of diets. Healthy snacks are offered all day and into the evening, as well as whenever residents request them. Seniors can use the exercise room at any time and also go on daily walks. Aerobics and yoga classes are offered. The residents go on trips to visit the many region's art galleries and museums, eat at casual and fine restaurants and enjoy the many other cultural events offered. The residents here looked very content and were well cared for by kind and considerate staff in this living environment. "

"My mom is in Rowntree Gardens. It's beautiful, one of the nicest places in that area. They have a huge garden area. They have a library, a fitness room, a TV area, and a big, huge dining area. Rowntree Gardens is very big. They have a schedule of activities that you can go to. She has a list of things that she can go to. When she first started, she enjoyed the different activities. They have different areas, when she goes to see the doctor, they have a whole wing for PT, doctor visits, and things like that."

"Walnut Village is a high-end luxury buy-in. It is an equity purchase, so you have to buy your way in there. It’s $3,000 - $5,000 on the minimum every month in addition to the purchase. The apartments were excellent, very nice, medium sized, not huge or anything like that. But it is very upscale, and they have got tremendous eating facilities. They have a memory care, and they even got a total rehab side. "

"My husband and I are here for a couple of three years now and we are taken care of pretty well by the staff here. We are very grateful that they are doing everything for us. We have three meals a day and the food is excellent. The dining room is very good. We do have lots of activities and entertainment here. "

"It is very high-end, clean, and pretty. Their apartments are very nice. They have two-bedrooms and a den, so essentially a three-bedroom, which is what we were looking for. The dining room staff was great, and the people we dealt with as far as going into the place were good. The food was of very good quality and well served. I liked the dining room hours, which were 7 to 7."

"We really like the friendliness of the place. It is very open and very welcoming. My loved one has a studio room. It is a very nice room. We are very happy with it. It has a little kitchenette and a bathroom. There is a very nice view of the pool. She has a small balcony, so it is very light and airy. She doesn't feel closed-in. Also she loves the food at Las Palmas. They have a nice salad bar. There is a special menu everyday and if you don't like that, you can order from the regular menu. She is very happy with the food. "

"I have seen Westmont of Cypress, and I liked everything about it. They were all very friendly, they said hello to me when I walked by, and the girl in charge was fantastic. Everything about the facility is beautiful, it's new. They have daily activities. They have a gym, a theater, a library, a pool, and physical therapy. They've got it all there."

"I moved my mother into Meridian At Laguna Hills. For the couple of days that I was moving her in, I was able to go into the community, see her room, and the facilities. The staff members were very cordial, helpful, informative, and professional. My mother's room has pretty much everything that she needs in there. She has enough square footage, the staff cleans the room for her, she has her own separate bath, separate room, plenty of closet space, and a kitchenette in there. She doesn't cook much, but she can wash her dishes and use her microwave. She has a mini refrigerator built in, so that was all very helpful. The laundry facility is right down the hall from her, which is great. The community is pretty careful about everything and I really have nothing to say at this point. The one downside is the cost is a little expensive."

"Emerald Court was super friendly. The people, the employees, are very nice. They have lots of things to do. The staff was great. I had lunch there, and the food was pretty good. The facility was very clean and laid out pretty well. I wanted a two-bedroom but they were too expensive there. The one bedroom to me was small because I'm used to a very roomy two bedroom, but it's a decent size for a one bedroom."

"With the environment at The Meridian at Anaheim Hills, I felt like I walked into a hotel. It gave me a different feeling. Walking down the halls, everybody had decorations out on their doors. Residents have small open spaces before their front doors and everyone was decorating them for Christmas. I love the rooms. They were very nice with lots of closet spaces. They even had full kitchens in them. They were wonderful. We had lunch at The Meridian and it was excellent. They did have a number of gluten-free patients, so they were able to accommodate me very nicely. They have a gym, so you have an opportunity to use any of the equipment in there. The lady that took us around knew the community well and answered my questions. It was very thorough. We spent quite a bit of time talking to the activities director. She does many creative things with the residents. She was very fun to talk to. Every staff member that I talked to or who helped me was topnotch, polite, and more than helpful. They have a lot to offer."

"It was an excellent facility. The staff was very friendly and very nice. The rooms were spacious, very well laid out, and had an excellent design. They kind of make it a circular pattern, so it's really easy to get around. They had special activities on special occasions and a quad area to do it. We tried the food, and it was excellent."

"It was extremely clean and friendly. I really liked their activities, which had a lot of variety. It was in a good location on a side street but still relatively close to stores. The layout was huge and kind of winding. I could see someone getting lost in that building since it was very big."
