"Citrus Place is very nice. My spouse is there for assisted living. The staff is wonderful. If you need something, they're right there to help you. I haven't found anything I don't like so far. They're wonderful. The food is very good. Everything is good. I don't have any complaints about anything at this point. The building is clean. My spouse hasn't participated in any of the activities that I know of, but they have activities all the time. The rooms are very nice. It's a very friendly atmosphere. People are just roaming around with their walkers and stuff."

"My mom moved to assisted living 6 years ago, and for the last 4 years has been in memory care. Her geriatric assessments have gone down very little because of the activities, socialization and absolutely lovely staff. The facility is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and through the difficult process of Covid, we always know she is in safe and caring hands. "This was the one that I liked the most. It was very, very nice. The staff I met were very friendly and very nice. The unit I saw was very clean and very nice. Their food looked good. I tried some of their cookies. The common areas were very clean and very nice. They had a library and a pool table. I was very impressed with the stuff that they had."

"Westmont of Riverside was a very nice, very friendly, well-maintained facility, and that would be a possibility when we're ready. We went to the big multistory building, not the individual homes. It had beautiful grounds. It was a very attractive building. Everybody was very, very nice. In the dining room, there might have been 35 or 40 people getting a mid-morning snack or something, waiting for perhaps the lunch to begin. Everybody was very, very courteous and accommodating. Robin took quite a bit of time to explain everything and do the tour. We saw the two-bedroom unit and the one-bedroom unit and they're very attractive and very lovable. The staff was very nice, very friendly, and accommodating. We had a cup of coffee and a glass of water. We saw the dining room and the menu. She explained how the menus work, and the different choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was great. They had a big covered pool, an exercise room, and a woodshop. They do various activities. They have bus service several times a week to doctor's offices, to a local grocery store, or to local shopping. They show a movie. They have large screen TVs on various walls in the facility, which tell what's going on in there. It keeps everybody up-to-date. We saw the calendar for December showing what they were doing all month long on a daily basis, which was nice because then you could choose what you wanted to do or just go down and sit in the chair and enjoy the sunshine. It's very, very nice. I was very impressed. There were lots of grassy areas and big trees. There was hardly any traffic on the various streets and roads that we drove. We drove through quite a bit of the complex just to see what was there. There were lots of walking paths. They have a dog park because when we do go to a senior living facility, we plan to take our dog and our cat."

"It has a community that is friendly, alive, living, full of life, very pleasant, and comfortable. They were a little more than adequate. It's an older place, but it's welcoming. Everyone that we've met was very pleasant and very friendly. It's a larger place than we had expected, but it was clean. It wouldn't get boring because it's larger. The dining area was very nice, very pleasant, and very inviting. They had parking, balconies, and an outdoor area, like a community place. They have karaoke. They have family get togethers. They have dancing and live music. We were actually greeted by people who lived there and said this is a great place to live (which no other place we went to did that)."

"My mother is staying in Estancia Del Sol, and it's very well decorated. It's very well run, and I think they've called me every time she falls, or if they are concerned about anything, which I like. It's a little expensive. The staff is nice, and the medical techs are right on. They call me after she gets off some medicine or something is of concern. The front desk is always friendly, nice, and willing to help with whatever I need. She is in a studio apartment, so she is in one of the smaller apartments there, and she's been very pleased with it. It's enough room for her, so she's been very happy with this room. She has a kitchenette with a sink, a refrigerator, drawers, and granite countertops. The bathroom is big enough that she can get in the shower easily, although they're helping her with it now. She's using a double bed in there, so it fits just fine. She plays bingo, and they take them places once in a while. She doesn't participate in activities too much, but I know I've heard about bingo, and I know they play poker with some friends she's met there. She's busy enough, and she sounds like she's happy with it. They have a workout room and a hair salon, and they have what they call an art room in which they do some activities and art projects. They have a courtyard in the front and in the back. She's been very happy with the food, and I've eaten there before; it's very nice. They have a menu that they could pick two or three items from, which is nice."

"Corona RCFE was very nice, and the people were very friendly. The grounds were good. The room is perfect for my mother who is 92. She just needs a room with a little bed, a chair, and a TV. That's all she needs. It looks like she can go out and go to the dining room area, and things like that, and they have those things available too. The staff who helped me was very friendly and answered all the questions. She was very good. I didn't sample the food, but the dining area was fine. For activities, they have a little room where people can go and they can meet with each other and play games and so on, so that's fine."

"Sterling Inn is more expensive than our current community, but it's very nice. I like that it can take people from 65 and up, all the way through all the problems that come up as we get older, like nursing and that kind of thing. The community is a little more extravagant. They had done a lot of remodeling not too long ago, which really made it nice. They put fireplaces in some of the rooms, and that's above and beyond to me."

"My first impression of West Park Senior Living was great. There are a lot of trees and you're kind of in a residential area. It just blends in beautifully. The people were so friendly. They go out of their way for you and the number one person that I adored was Cindy. She's a sweetheart. She's the main reason I ended up saying yes to that place. Their dining room was almost like you were on a cruise ship. They also have bingo, cards, a theater that you can go to for movies, a barbershop to get your haircut, and a mini post office. Every floor has a washing machine and dryer, so you can do your own laundry at no charge. One of the nice things about them was that they have a private room that you can reserve if you want to have a mini party or you want to invite some friends over and have the room to yourself. It's an older building, but they fixed it up. It's nice and clean."

"We toured Solstice Senior Living at Apple Valley. It's nice, clean, and friendly. The apartment we saw was a little bit boxy, but it was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, very helpful, and accommodating to take us and show us around. They were going through a remodel. They had a lot of open areas. They had a kitchen where the guests could come down and use. It's like a common area if you wanted to cook something for yourself. The upkeep was nice. The grounds were very clean and well kept. They also have independent living where they have little homes that aren't in the main building. You can live there, but not be inside the main building. It's in the same area and you can have a car and all that stuff. It has a garage, but we didn't tour that because that's not where my father-in-law is at."
