"Citrus Place is very nice. My spouse is there for assisted living. The staff is wonderful. If you need something, they're right there to help you. I haven't found anything I don't like so far. They're wonderful. The food is very good. Everything is good. I don't have any complaints about anything at this point. The building is clean. My spouse hasn't participated in any of the activities that I know of, but they have activities all the time. The rooms are very nice. It's a very friendly atmosphere. People are just roaming around with their walkers and stuff."

Her geriatric assessments have gone down very little because of the activities, socialization and absolutely lovely staff. The facility is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and through the difficult process of Covid, we always know she is in safe and caring hands. I tried some of their cookies. The common areas were very clean and very nice. They had a library and a pool table. I was very impressed with the stuff that they had."

"Air Force Village was an excellent community. What I like about most was the levels of care. They are able to care of administering the medication by injection and not all facilities offer that. For me I would always go somewhere that offers that for my parents as my parents are insulin dependent. Everyone was friendly, highly informative and very patient, and the people that were living there were really glad with the decision they made. For my later years, I would go there. "

"My parents are currently in the assisted living of Claremont Manor. They've been there two years now. It has beautiful grounds and is quiet. They have a koi pond and a putting green. It reminded my wife of college. It's quite large. It has beautiful brick buildings. It has some small cottages on the outskirts that are little homes, where people with assisted living can stay in. It's very beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. It's a big campus, but everyone still knows -- the workers all know the people. It's not so big that you get lost. It's a wonderful location. For the more active seniors that live there, it's in a great location. It's just a short walk to downtown Claremont, where you have lots of different restaurants. The grounds are beautifully manicured. They have their grand entrance. They have a huge park with trees, grass, and sitting areas. It's a wonderful place to be. They have a restaurant and a little cafe. If you want to eat off schedule or if you want a snack, they have a little cafe. They have a library. There is a puzzle room with five or six tables, where people are working on puzzles and just kind of left there. Other people can come and help as they build them. If you're not finished and you leave, other people come finish. They have an area of the dining room that you can book for parties or family gatherings. There are several little courtyards that are nice to sit in and gather. We've done it and sat outside as a family and visited (especially on nice days). It's a wonderful atmosphere. Everyone is really nice. My brother and I contact them regularly, and they contact us."

"It has a community that is friendly, alive, living, full of life, very pleasant, and comfortable. They were a little more than adequate. It's an older place, but it's welcoming. Everyone that we've met was very pleasant and very friendly. It's a larger place than we had expected, but it was clean. It wouldn't get boring because it's larger. The dining area was very nice, very pleasant, and very inviting. They had parking, balconies, and an outdoor area, like a community place. They have karaoke. They have family get togethers. They have dancing and live music. We were actually greeted by people who lived there and said this is a great place to live (which no other place we went to did that)."

"My mother is staying in Estancia Del Sol, and it's very well decorated. It's very well run, and I think they've called me every time she falls, or if they are concerned about anything, which I like. It's a little expensive. The staff is nice, and the medical techs are right on. They call me after she gets off some medicine or something is of concern. The front desk is always friendly, nice, and willing to help with whatever I need. She is in a studio apartment, so she is in one of the smaller apartments there, and she's been very pleased with it. It's enough room for her, so she's been very happy with this room. She has a kitchenette with a sink, a refrigerator, drawers, and granite countertops. The bathroom is big enough that she can get in the shower easily, although they're helping her with it now. She's using a double bed in there, so it fits just fine. She plays bingo, and they take them places once in a while. She doesn't participate in activities too much, but I know I've heard about bingo, and I know they play poker with some friends she's met there. She's busy enough, and she sounds like she's happy with it. They have a workout room and a hair salon, and they have what they call an art room in which they do some activities and art projects. They have a courtyard in the front and in the back. She's been very happy with the food, and I've eaten there before; it's very nice. They have a menu that they could pick two or three items from, which is nice."

"Corona RCFE was very nice, and the people were very friendly. The grounds were good. The room is perfect for my mother who is 92. She just needs a room with a little bed, a chair, and a TV. That's all she needs. It looks like she can go out and go to the dining room area, and things like that, and they have those things available too. The staff who helped me was very friendly and answered all the questions. She was very good. I didn't sample the food, but the dining area was fine. For activities, they have a little room where people can go and they can meet with each other and play games and so on, so that's fine."

"My brother is in Sterling Inn. He's renting an apartment in the independent living. They're still there if need be and they have staff on 24/7. They will do another assessment in six months to see how he's doing. At any time that they feel that he needs to switch over to assisted living, they will do so. He lives five minutes away from my niece. My great-niece goes to a school two buildings from him. It'll be convenient for her to go and see him say on Fridays after school and have dinner with him and stuff. The ratings are good. It's awesome. It has little areas where the family can come in and cook a meal and have dinner with them. In the apartment itself is an apartment refrigerator, a microwave, a sink, and kitchen cabinets. It's real convenient. The laundry facilities are completely free with the exception of you bringing your own laundry detergent and stuff in. Anybody can go in and do his laundry. If he's not feeling so great, he can call and they will bring him some food. If he doesn't show up for breakfast or lunch, they check on them. He has emergency cords in the apartment that he can pull at any time for assistance. It's phenomenal. It's decorated back in the day. It's got some old pickup trucks and all the movie stars. It's very tastefully decorated for the people who live there. My niece said the food is very good and they have variety. They don't just cook one thing for dinner and that's it. They have a couple of different things and they have a good salad area. They definitely have decent things. I was treated with the utmost respect. They took us into a nice room and sat us down and went over everything as far as the facility goes. They have a van that goes to stores on certain days. They have outings. They have really good services. It's very clean. We really, really are very happy with the choice. The staff is amazing."

"West Park Senior Living was a very nice place. The staff was very friendly and very organized. They called all the residents by name. I really enjoyed the tour. The facility was very clean. The staff showed me some apartments and it was all very nice. The residents were doing exercises at that time. I had a meal there and it was very nice. It was better than I expected. They had a menu and they explained what the off-menu was. If you just wanted a hamburger or eggs and bacon, they explained all that. But I ate what was on the menu. The dining area was set up restaurant style. The grounds were lovely. They were in a woodsy area, and the staff showed me a room with that view. It was just lovely. The room size was adequate for one person."

"We toured Solstice Senior Living at Apple Valley. It's nice, clean, and friendly. The apartment we saw was a little bit boxy, but it was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, very helpful, and accommodating to take us and show us around. They were going through a remodel. They had a lot of open areas. They had a kitchen where the guests could come down and use. It's like a common area if you wanted to cook something for yourself. The upkeep was nice. The grounds were very clean and well kept. They also have independent living where they have little homes that aren't in the main building. You can live there, but not be inside the main building. It's in the same area and you can have a car and all that stuff. It has a garage, but we didn't tour that because that's not where my father-in-law is at."
