I will be moving into Jess Ranch. It's a large community. They have quite a lot of different styles. We had a good time touring. We drove through the whole community, and to get to our house, we ended up taking a long route. It has a community center and a golf course. Our house that we're getting has two large bedrooms, two large bathrooms with a washer and dryer, and a garage. We have a patio, a refrigerator, a large kitchen with a breakfast nook, and a large living room with a dinette section. When the guy took us on the tour, we were able to ask questions. He took us around. We've got the opportunity to join whatever things they have, the swimming pool, the golf course, all that. The atmosphere is nice and really quiet. It's a secure area. There's no open gate. The entrance gates have security.

We will be moving into Jess Ranch. Our main reason for choosing Jess Ranch is more financial, but the amenities were very nice. We will have a single-family home with two-bedroom, two-bath, and two-car garages. I can walk from my garage into my house. It's just ideal. They have a clubhouse, yoga classes, and other kinds of classes. They have a swimming pool and a lake where we can go fishing.
