"My mother is here. They have a gym, they have theaters, then they have concerts. They have a lot of stuff, and they have a schedule. They even take them out and go shopping, so they get transportation to go shopping. They're able to go in and out whenever they want. They don't need to ask for permission, it's enough to let them know that they're going to be gone for a while. Her room is very nice. It looks like an apartment, and it's a two-bedroom, so she can have somebody there with her. But she has the master bedroom, a walk-in closet, and her own bathroom. Then they have another bathroom and another room. Then they have the living room, balcony, and a little kitchen with a counter, sink, and a refrigerator. It's a really nice place. We're actually happy and she's happy there."

"Corona RCFE was very nice, and the people were very friendly. The grounds were good. The room is perfect for my mother who is 92. She just needs a room with a little bed, a chair, and a TV. That's all she needs. It looks like she can go out and go to the dining room area, and things like that, and they have those things available too. The staff who helped me was very friendly and answered all the questions. She was very good. I didn't sample the food, but the dining area was fine. For activities, they have a little room where people can go and they can meet with each other and play games and so on, so that's fine."

"It was really good, and that's the one I would want my friend to move into. If I needed a home, I would go there myself. The residents were very welcoming, not just the staff. We were treated to lunch, and several residents came over and told us how much they liked it. They would do music and they had a theater group that did skits and stuff. The staff was nice. The people that we passed in the halls said hi and smiled. The residents were glad to see new faces, I'm assuming, and they were very willing to tell us how much they liked living there. The food was delicious."

"We toured Sun City Gardens. I thought it was a pretty nice setup. It was clean. I think it offered a lot of good things like the meals and activities, and stuff like that. It's a nice place. We looked at the studio and the one-bedroom, and they're both nice, really spacious. I like them, but she's not ready for it yet. They had all the conveniences that a person would need. It has a nice dining room. We didn't eat there, but I'm sure the food is good. We only met the person who showed us around the place. He seemed to be knowledgeable in everything. He was very helpful."

"My mom will move into WellQuest of Menifee Lakes. It's only three years old, so everything is new and fresh. They put money into it to keep it up. It has a dog park. It has a walking path. They have over 60 activities a month. It's a very active, dynamic community, not an old, depressed community. It's very lively. The staff was friendly, engaging, and open. The food was excellent. Compared to other communities, it's exceptional. It's a healthy, varied menu, and a lovely dining area. The chef puts together things with flavor, color, and texture."

"My mom is a current resident. This is my choice for her because it is convenient. The price was comparable to other facilities but this one is much nicer and it has a very caring environment. The staff is great. All of them are very helpful, caring and attentive to my mom's needs. I've eaten dinner there a few times and food is very good. They have all kinds of activities. They have card games, exercises, physical therapy, outings to different places, etc. They would have people come in and perform for their seniors. Like last month, they had a luau with Hawaiian food and activities. They also had Hawaiian dancers performed out on the courtyard. The best thing I like about this place is that I'm assured that my mom is being well taken care of there. It took her awhile before she adjusted, but she did and now, she likes it there. She has been there for a month, but so far it has been a good experience for her. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this place."

"I toured The Camelot. It's very nice, physically on the outside it looks like a castle. Everybody is very friendly, the place is very clean, and the residents were moving about, talking to each other. It seems like a very nice place. The staff was very helpful, they wanted to make sure I felt comfortable. They had a pool, they had a salon, and a snack bar. They had a bus that would take you to the mall and help you with little errands and things. The apartments were very functional. They didn't have a kitchen but everyone had their own baths, and there was a mini bar area with a mini fridge. So basically, you're meant to use the dining room, but you can have a microwave and make your own snacks. This community is incredibly helpful and very caring."

"My wife was admitted after a total knee replacement. The entire staff at the village were all so caring, and always professional. It seemed like they read her mind when ever she wanted something, they were already there.. We cannot say enough about the Village, The rooms were spic and span, the food was always hot, the therapists are kind, and patient., What a wonderful place to heal. Thank You "

"It is a nice community. They have six cottages with 15 rooms in each cottage. The room is nice. My mom is in their memory care unit. The staff members seem good. It is working out fine. The dining area is nice. My mom likes the food. She said they feed her too much and that she has gained too much weight. They have an activity calendar, but my mom also has macular degeneration, so she can't read the calendar. She complains that they don't always tell her what is going on, and that she has missed some things that she would like to do. They play bingo, and they go on little field trips about once a week."

"Claremont Manor was a very nice community that offered all different levels of care: independent living, assisted living, as well as memory care. I was given a sample meal and it was good. There was a library there, a small room to do physical conditioning, and tennis courts."

"My parents are staying at Linda Valley Villa. The facility is unassuming, warm, inviting, and homelike. There's a new administrator, and I've only met him once. He seemed responsive and listened to our questions. During the pandemic, the administrator was a woman, and she was very helpful and very conscientious about the safety of my parents and the other residents. They have a nice dining room where my parents take their meals. They have lots of activities. They have a large trip once a month that goes to a museum or somewhere an hour or so away, and they have lunch out at that event. It's usually a half-day excursion. I've eaten there, and the food is fine. It's vegetarian meals, which are important to my parents. So they're very individualized. The whole place is vegetarian. They don't serve any meat."

"I moved to Loma Linda Springs. It's beautiful. It is well maintained. I have a two bedroom, two bath apartment. The staff is phenomenal. They are very good and they're very pleasant. They work with you. They try to help you out. They are good people. They have a computer room. They have full tables. They have a beauty salon. They have a resort setting for the pool and the spa. They have a barbecue area with tables. They have books. They have a library. They have an area where you can sit, and watch TV. They have a fireplace area where you can sit and mingle with your family by the fireplace during the winter. For the value, it's very expensive."

"I toured Plymouth Village. It was a very nice place. It was like a park -like setting. It's on 34 acres of land. They have all needs of care. They have exactly what we want with independent living. We're looking for a house. The staff was really friendly and good information. They have cottages; they don't have apartments. They have lots of activities. They have a pool, they have a gym, and they have outings. They have a lot of activities going on during the week. The staff who accommodated me was very friendly and informative. She took a lot of time and answered all our questions. They fed us lunch, and it was about a 4."
