"My mom loves Atria and so do I! The workers and residents are so sweet! I'm so happy that my mom enjoys the people, Chef made food, and fun activities throughout the day and night! Such a clean place and well designed. My favorite part is the weekly live entertainment! I love joining my mom in her activities whenever I visit. I feel so good knowing that my mom is being taken care of very well and she's very happy! My mom says she has the best room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful park. She LOVES watching pickle ball games from her comfortable balcony chair! From physical activities to mental activities to challenge the mind. To just pure fun!"

"I visited.It's an assisted living place and overall it was fine for me especially because they had an enclosed little dog park. The place was beautiful. The person who assisted me during the tour was wonderful. He was very good with follow-through and was very personable. I also observed that they have a very friendly staff."

"I was very impressed with Meridian at Chino. I like them. The facility is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and nice. The staff is very nice and friendly. Stacey, the director, was so knowledgeable and helpful. She's willing to work with families to place your parents there. If you have trouble with finances, they have some type of program that will assist families, so there won't be a financial burden on them, which I found great. They were wonderful. They are caring and willing to help anybody out. When I was in the office with Stacey, she offered me water, snacks, and things like that. I was able to tour the dining area, which is also beautiful. It looks like a fancy restaurant. The facility is like a beautiful resort when you walk in."

"Corona RCFE was very nice, and the people were very friendly. The grounds were good. The room is perfect for my mother who is 92. She just needs a room with a little bed, a chair, and a TV. That's all she needs. It looks like she can go out and go to the dining room area, and things like that, and they have those things available too. The staff who helped me was very friendly and answered all the questions. She was very good. I didn't sample the food, but the dining area was fine. For activities, they have a little room where people can go and they can meet with each other and play games and so on, so that's fine."

"We visited Claremont Manor, and we liked the multiple dwellings that they had. They have cottages, villas, and studio apartments. It was very nice, the staff was very nice, very polite, and the cleanliness was excellent. The dining room was very nice, and my wife liked it very much. They have a lot of interesting activities. "This is a very warm and inviting community. The residents are happy and involved with the many activities offered. My dad participated in so many activities, and is thriving here."

"We are choosing Sun City Gardens because of the convenience of the location. We are only 6 minutes away, which is ideal. We also have a little bit of history with them. My husband's mother did respite care there; she has dementia. She has to go to get her hair done there every week, so we know one of the staff members. My sister, who's going to be moving there, took volunteer work there about 5 years ago too, so she's had a little bit of exposure. We like the appeal of the garden area. They have an expansive garden area with pathways, and they have a pool. She loves the idea that they have activities throughout the day, I think they have activities three times a day, some days it is 4. They have a theater that will be opening up soon. They have community dining, so she'll get to meet a lot of people there. Residents can also have their own pets. She likes the idea of a private room with her own furniture. She is starting with independent living and a caregiver. There are two dining areas. One in the building that she will be staying in. It's a smaller one, but very adequate dining area. Then there's an expansive dining area right off the main lobby, but they're not offering meals because of the COVID restrictions."

"WellQuest of Menifee Lakes seemed fairly new. It's very clean and very well organized. I'm just very pleased with everything they have, like the activities and the care. The rooms are very nice. I like the openness of it. It's just very pleasant, and I was really impressed with it. My partner will be moving to their memory care. I'm very happy with them. I've gone to the others, and they're OK. I just got a good impression there. I thought the apartments were very nice. They have plenty of room, and they allow you to put pictures on the walls. They're fine with that, and they said to make it your home. I was really impressed with that. We'll be able to move his furniture in and things that will remind him of home. I can visit any time, too. It was nice that they don't have a restricted visitation. I think the upkeep is wonderful. The place is just spotlessly clean and seems very well-organized. There were people playing bingo and having a good time, and I thought it was great. The dining room is very well-appointed too. I like that. There were so many amenities. They said that once in a while, they take everybody in the van and go for picnics or go somewhere. I thought that was fun and nice. They probably had a hundred activities rolling on a screen there, just different things they could do during the day. I didn't even point out all of them because I don't think that he will participate in a lot of them. They had numerous things to do. They also had a nice walking area with a little path that was gated on both ends. There was plenty of room to walk, sit, and do what they wanted. I'm very impressed with it. The staff we toured with was wonderful. He gave us all the information we wanted. We sat and talked to him. My daughter came down from Seattle. We both went in again, and she asked every question available. He answered every one to our satisfaction. His name was Mike, and we really liked him."

"We had an in-person tour of Parkside Senior Apartments. The apartment building was very clean. The tour agent was very professional and patient because my dad has trouble walking. We looked at a one-bedroom apartment that included a walk-in shower and all the kitchen appliances, which is really good for my dad. They also had an upgraded unit with very nice floors and upgraded appliances with backsplashes. And it overlooked the pool, which was nice. There was nobody staffed at the front desk, and we had an appointment, so we had to wait like 30 minutes because the girl went on a lunch break. She said she was unaware that we had a tour, and there was just no way to contact her. We had to have the maintenance guy call her on her cell phone."

"Magnolia at Highland is okay, but it has many rules and regulations. When you get old you're tired of rules and regulations. The room is very clean and the people get along well. You do your own cooking because it’s not assisted living. You do your own cleaning unless you have a caregiver. It’s a no smoking facility. You have to go to the sidewalk if you wanted to smoke, which is good. They have potlucks and birthday celebrations every month -- they do a lot of things for the seniors. They have a card club, swimming pool, and a recreation room that we exercise in. They've also got a barbecue grill. "

"We've been in Vintage at Kendall Apartments since January. It's quiet. It's got a little patio on the outside sliding door. I wish I had a security door because the idea is that, when you open the screen door, you have a little patio. They told me I have to have a good reason for it, but I'm scared to open that when I'm here by myself. If I open the sliding door, anybody can jump over and just open that little screen thing. And if I have a security door, I can lock it from the inside and they can't open it. We have central air. We have a fan in the kitchen and a gas stove, and refrigerator. And then there is the bathroom, just the bathtub and the shower. The bedrooms are a nice size. And then he has a walk-in closet, and then in the other room, it's just the regular closet. They only have bingo twice a month."
