All apartments have safety-adapted bathrooms, with an emergency alert system in each unit. Hallways are lined with supportive handrails. Interior courtyards offer a secure park setting.

We are pet friendly accepting dogs, cats, birds and fish. We now have a dog park.

Our independent residents range from their 70's to their 100's. They love our daily exercise programs, swimming in our outdoor pool, hanging out with friends in our whirlpool, and enjoying happy hour.

Riverside Plaza is a couple miles away from community.

Due to COVID we haven't had many off-site activities lately

Our shuttle bus goes within a 10 mile radius of the community.
What makes the chef or dining program at Citrus Place exceptional? What kind of menu can independent living residents expect?
We offer our residents breakfast, lunch and dinner in our dining room. They have 2 entrees to choose from during lunch and dinner. We also have an Always Available menu as well with sandwiches, salads and of course breakfast items
What common areas are available for independent living residents?
We have Movie Theatre, our Activity room, Beauty Shop, Bistro, Dining Room, and our Outdoor Pool and Whirlpool.

We have our outdoor courtyards as well as a new Dog Park with fenced in area.

We have the WanderGuard system installed in our community.

Once a resident is established at the community, assessments are conducted every 6 months unless their condition changes with a hospital visit, etc.
How does Citrus Place keep residents' families informed about their loved ones' health?
We stay in constant contact with families about their loved ones and always contact families in case of emergencies. We have a Voice Friend Message system to keep families informed as well.
