"Community Care & Rehab Center is close to where I live and where I work. The staff is pretty good, but the food is not very good. My mom is in a three-bedroom, so that makes it a little more cramped, but most of the time there is only two people. The nurses are very good and very attentive to her. "

"When I chose Villa Health Care Center, I was told that they did have long-term care. Now I'm being told that they're transitioning and not going to have long-term care anymore. We're very happy with this place and they've been very nice to my mother. The place is small and older, but it is clean and has everything she needs. This place seems more like home. Mom feels like she's a person here and not just a number. They have Pokeno, Bingo, music, and they just had a special Thanksgiving dinner, which was wonderful. They also have a TV room, popcorn movie days, Wii games, word search, a trivia board, religious activities, and arts and crafts."

"The staff at Alta Vista is good, but my husband isn't. Wherever he goes, he's going to have somebody that’s going to handle him because he's real mean. Right now they're trying to find a pill that will relax him so he won’t hit somebody; they’re trying to find some medication for him. It’s very nice and very clean, and it seems to be well-run; they're good. They’re doing their job, and I’m satisfied. "

"The Community Care on Palm was nice. The place seemed clean, and the people seemed friendly. It was a little more homey. They had carpets on the floors and wallpapers. The director was really nice. It looked like the residents were getting a lot of attention. I liked the place. It was a secured facility. "

"Once released from hospital following back surgery. ....i was immediately anxiety ridden with the prospectvof "convalescence"....as i look back, the staff were excellent in helping me with my fears...my pain...my overall state of being. I remember myself as being reluctant in all aspects of my rehabilitation in a place i thought of as " rest home"....end of the line was all i embraced....well, this is directed to any family members that may find their loved ones coming to be a new family member in this facility....that's right!....you are embraced by professionals that gave you asva main goal on your road to recovery....once meeting all that were to be my team, i had no more regrets and buckled down to what their mission is.....Me helping them to help me be at my best improving the quality of my life!!!..from maintenance staff to dietary to nurses to CNA' s to physical therapists to administrative officials...i finally realized how i did not have the right to give it my all!!! And thats exactly what i did....i was given the tools it takes to become a better, healthier, stronger me......it's been some time for me to express this only because i was being taught anew the importance of including me in such a life changing procedure....never a day passed where the director stopped in with words and actions of encouragement. ..yes,anxious to return to my home, i left Crypress Gardens with so much more than just learning my responsibility..i learned first hand there are convalescence facilities that truly met my needs...so, if your family is seeking rehab after surgery to a new living situation, check them out first....you indeed may not look further....i embrace Crypress Gardens with the utmost respect and thank everyone there for returning the best of me spiritually and physically. .... "

"My mother has been at Orangetree Convalescent for 2 years now. She had a stroke. She's not able to talk or eat so they bathe her and feed her intravenously. The facility is very clean. "

"Mom moved to Lifehouse last year on May 15th. It is a pretty facility and for an older facility, it is not bad. It is clean. It may need a little updating here and there, but it is pretty good. Everyone is very nice. The staff and the administration are really good, and that is one of the reasons she enjoys there. She is in a shared room and she's okay with it. She has no complaints. The food is great and they feed her well. They have really good recreation and activities; unfortunately, my mom cannot partake in all of them, but they are always doing something with the residents. "

"Arlington Gardens Care Center was a beautiful place. It was all brand new and all top-of-the-line, but Mom said the staff was unfriendly and not attentive. They didn't have too many activities there. They have a TV room and a very nice exercise room with a lot of new equipment. The dining area was big, nice, and clean, and the food was good."

"Nursing Center looks clean, friendly staff, good smell, I recommend to come in and check out the place, for anyone looking for quality in care look no more this is the place! A very active community. Recreational services are very up beat, really seem to motivate the patients in participating in the daily community activities. Rehab services are superb I've see so much commitment to each individual receiving services, it warms my heart to see how much care, compassion, attention the staff show to each patient. Amazing...."

"Skilled Nursing Facility. Caring and compassionate. They will help patients recover from surgery, or illness. Rehabilitation with physical therapy and other types of therapies such as speech and occupatinal therapy. Positive and uplifting atmosphere. 24 skilled care. "

"My mom is at Grand Terrace Health Care Center, and so far so good. She's been there for almost a month now. I am very pleased that they are working with her to get more stable on her feet. The facility was really clean. If anybody would need rehab, I would certainly recommend this place. "

"My uncle got there at Riverside Village Healthcare Center on Sunday. They're on top of everything, trying to get him situated, and they figured out the things that he needs to get a little better. They're great. They are very informative, too. The facilities are very clean. It's pretty wide open there, like the hallways and stuff. It looks pretty nice, too. My uncle is close to the front, so I don't get to see much around there, but the atmosphere is very welcoming. The rooms are pretty big, too. He is in a room that was supposed to be with somebody else, but he is in there by himself right now."

"I'm in Rialto Post Acute, and it's been great. I was in quarantine with other new residents for two weeks and was tested a couple of times for COVID, and then we moved into the general population. It's all great. I really enjoy it here, and the food is excellent. Some staff members are better than others, but they've been great. Admissions was helpful getting me in here. The CNAs are wonderful, and the RNs have been great. They give my medications on time and correctly. I would recommend it. I was in a nursing home before this, and this place is better. The facility is clean all the time."

"The facility is called Corona Care in Corona California. I wanted to get the best facility I could for what my mother's insurance would cover. She's about 20 to 30 minutes from where she lived before. Part of the reason I liked this facility is that it's clean. Formerly it was a church, so when you walked in, it has very high ceilings. There was none of the feeling of claustrophobia. They have 60 rooms; some of it is jointly share with a roommate such as my mother's while some are single occupancy. They share a Jack and Jill bathroom facility. The Medtechs oversee their medication to make sure they receive it at the proper time and the proper dosage. They have been doing such a good job that mom thinks she is well enough to live alone. The staff has been terrific. That is one of the reasons I visited first to talk to people and quietly observe without them kind of knowing I was there. I walked in their dining area, recreation area, the hallways, and everyone was always very friendly. They have a calendar for activities, like bingo, movies, and their own version of Jeopardy. They were asked questions, and the audience could raise their hands and answer to keep their mind sharp. I sat with my mother through one of the meals. The food by standards of someone in their own homes is very bland, but I understand the challenges of different diets "
