The TVs come on loud at night. Everyone I've had dealings with is great, but at night I keep hearing, "I can't make them turn it down." It seems to me that just being considerate would make the sounds come down at night. There are headsets for the hard-of-hearing, and I'd even get a couple if I had to. I'm told I have the option to close my door, but my roommate doesn't like that. Anyway, if their one closed door accommodates everyone else, wouldn't that be better than all the other doors being closed. Don't these people sleep? They did finally close their doors tonight, but you can still hear them. They must have the TVs loud enough for the dead in there?

Nursing Center looks clean, friendly staff, good smell, I recommend to come in and check out the place, for anyone looking for quality in care look no more this is the place! A very active community. Recreational services are very up beat, really seem to motivate the patients in participating in the daily community activities. Rehab services are superb I've see so much commitment to each individual receiving services, it warms my heart to see how much care, compassion, attention the staff show to each patient. Amazing....

Not so easily empressed

I visited this facility, wanting to see where I place pt's at times, the pt's that I talked to were extremely happy with the care, kept talking about Chad money, as I did my research and found out that Chad money is something the pt's get to reward a staff member who goes above and beyond. Of course you cant make everyone happy, but I've come to realize that it takes a special person to do what thes ladies, & Gents do, so to you I say thank you, the facility is clean, pt's are happy had no complaints as far as the food goes all in all GOOD JOB STAFF. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, NEVER KNOW WHEN I MIGHT DROP IN AGAIN.

My grandmother was at this facility, a few nurses mistreated my grandma, they would take out their anger/ frustration out on her while changing her diaper...and did such a poor job cleaning her and were very rude to family members...
