"My aunt has been in Ramona Manor Nursing Rehab Center for a couple of weeks. The cleanliness is better than any of the other facilities I’ve been to in this area. It’s a very nice facility, and the nurses really seem to be caring to the patients. Their therapist seems really good. I know my aunt is doing therapy every day and bingo. They also have social hours. "

"My mom was at Life Care Center of Menifee, and they were just really good with her. I want to say that they gave her the confidence that she could get better and go home. The staff was very, very helpful. I live far from my mom, and I could call anytime and they would give me information about her. It was always very clean. She only ate in her room, and she did not complain about their food. "

"Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is clean, new, and well landscaped. The physical therapy and occupational therapy are terrific. They do a good job. The dining area is adequate. They have an activities room and Mom spends a good deal of time in there. They do bingo and artwork like coloring and painting. Medicare is actually paying for the whole thing."

"My husband had stayed in Palm Grove Health Care, and I think their services are excellent. The staff is very caring, very attentive, and things didn't happen. They follow protocol, and their building is secure. So, you can't just walk in or walk out. Sometimes, he stays in a shared room, sometimes he's in a room by himself, but they're all very nice, neat, and clean. Because of COVID, all of their activities are kind of restricted. So, the activities person has been going into the rooms and doing activities with the person. They do have activity rooms for them to use, and I think they were at one point easing people into the areas. But now, it's probably slowed down. They're surrounded by a fence and locked gate, so they know when anyone is coming in the gate to get to the building and they have very nice landscaping with flowers. They're expensive on a monthly basis."

"Facilities were clean, food was good, nurses were caring and understanding, making and extra effort due the lack of English knowledge of the patient.Listened to the needs of the patient and were very helpful in resolving any issues, they were comforting in the trasition to hospice care within the same facility, all the way until the end. They became family. My only concern that they were reactive to the situations instead of proactive, we have to keep remaining them if they have called the doctor or to find if the doctor has called back. They were some issues with the prescriptions, she will ran out and failed to call the doctor, or we need to ask if certain test were indicated or if they have requested. We kept pressure on the staff when they will tell us that the patient did not complain when they were in the room, mind you she spoke only Spanish, and consequently we will go back an asked, did you understand whar she was saying? A lot of guess work on their part, We went every day and night for her meals, so we will notice any changes on her conditions and asked what have been done about it. "

"I go to Beaumont Care Center twice a week to visit my dad. It is conveniently located where everybody could visit him. The day time shift is really good to him. Everybody is cool and friendly. But the only thing that I'm having concerns about is the night shift. There've been a lot of problems going over there, and it's really, really disturbing for me. "

"My brother is in Banning Healthcare. The rooms are very small. They have physical therapy and a community room where they play music and games. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, and helpful. The overall care is excellent. They have patios and some outside tables for lunch get-togethers."

"My Father Stayed at Miravilla Care Center for about ten weeks. He received physical therapy three times a week and the staff always made sure he was ready. The two rna gentlemen chris and lewie really made it a pleasant stay for my father. All the staff our friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the activities department goes above and beyond to make everyone happy. I will defiantly recommend this facility to others! "

"The people at Calimesa Post Acute have been very helpful and attentive. Dad is very comfortable, and they treat him well. He has everything he needs there. They have music, bingo, and people coming in to sing and visit them. I'm happy with the way they are taking care of Dad. The food is good, and Dad seems to be enjoying it. If he wants something else, they're willing to make it for him right away. The place is very clean and sanitized."

"My uncle got there at Riverside Village Healthcare Center on Sunday. They're on top of everything, trying to get him situated, and they figured out the things that he needs to get a little better. They're great. They are very informative, too. The facilities are very clean. It's pretty wide open there, like the hallways and stuff. It looks pretty nice, too. My uncle is close to the front, so I don't get to see much around there, but the atmosphere is very welcoming. The rooms are pretty big, too. He is in a room that was supposed to be with somebody else, but he is in there by himself right now."

"My husband almost fell off the wheelchair if we hadn't caught him. I talked to the nurse about it, and she said that the wheelchair he has is too small for him and that they would keep an eye for him. But it disturbs us a lot because if we hadn't been there, he would have gone right to the floor. The room he's in is a little too crowded. But aside from that Braswell's Yucaipa Valley is very clean and really nice. "

"My mother had rehab in Cedar Mountain Post Acute Rehabilitation (Braswell's Hampton), and our experience with them was excellent. I was very happy. They had bingo going on all the time, music, movies, manicures, and every day there's an activity. They're under a very expensive remodel right now, so part of the place had been remodeled and part wasn't. The care that she got and the people are very loving. I visit there every day and sometimes at odd hours, and everyone was very attentive. I really like that they had six rooms with three on each side of the hall, and a nurse and an LPN always in the middle. If anything is needed, they're right there. The rooms were adequate in size but needed a lot of work. The paint and the bathroom were a little outdated. They were working on that when we were there. The staff was wonderful, really nice to my mom, friendly and great. I really liked the staff."

"I chose this place for my mother. They have a lower price and they provide meals. It is very small. The other places offer more than what my mother really needed. The place is clean and the staff is nice. "
