We placed my father in Centinela Grand. The facility is OK. He goes to church and he does some of the activities they have there. He mingles with the people.

Facility is run down and a bit smelly, office personnel is not friendly especially Gabby didn’t find her a bit happy, felt like we were bothering her. Has a very negative attitude.

My father has been in this facility for over three years. We have moved him from one facility to another due to lack of care and staff. By far we are very satisfied by the amount of care my father is receiving at Centinela. The staff is very caring and passionate.....My family and i are very pleased we found this place.....

i visited this facility and amazed at the wonderful and caring staff! Place looks clean and there's no smell! People who live there looks taken care of and it's a happy place ! I like to visit!

Centinela Grand is really bad. When I entered the facility, it's smelly. Everybody in there looked desperate and sad.
