"I toured Ivy Park at Murrieta, and I almost went with them. The thing I liked most was their very friendly staff, who were very accommodating. Their food was top-notch. It's even better than the other place. It was like restaurant-style food. It was so good and would have been a doable place, but it cost more. It's a very new place, so that's why it's bright. It was even brighter than the place I would have to go to, and the rooms were very nice."

"My mother moved into Murrieta Gardens, a memory care facility. They are very organized, clean, and sanitary. They are very kind to the residents, and the caregivers were exceptionally nice to my mother. They have many activities throughout the day, like different games they play and daily exercise. The caregivers get the residents involved in making sure that they get dressed every morning, and they escort them to their breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making sure they're eating. They also come around to check on them multiple times a day to make sure that they are okay. I tried the food, and it was delicious. We had a snack one afternoon with my mom; it was a peach cobbler, and it was amazing."

"My mother resided here since 2020 until she recently died at the age of 100. Her care was excellent. Jerry, her caregiver when she died, was devoted to her needs. This residence is meticulously clean. The staff is caring and go above and beyond. If you drive by to inspect, don’t be put off by the exterior, the inside is nice and feels like home. "Vineyard Ranch at Temecula was the best one we visited. It's an attractive, comfortable place. It seems like there were a lot of services and activities that come with your stay. The staff worked very hard with me and were very responsive. The rooms were tastefully and intelligently done. They have a choir that my friend participates in. They get together on Sundays to watch football and they had a magnificent pre-Thanksgiving dinner. It's very well done. You could tell that they really care about the guests. The food is excellent and it has exceeded her expectations. It's not the fanciest, but it's the best. I love the staff. They are very kind to her. They put a lot of thought and compassion into what they do. I like that the meals are restaurant style. Her room is wonderful. The only complaint I would have is that it's far away from the elevator."

"I've chosen to go to Brookdale Sunwest in Hemet. There are several people from the community I live in now who are there, so that speaks volumes for me. It's affordable, too. The staff was wonderful, so friendly, and outgoing, and you just feel like you're a part of the family. I saw a villa; it's like a smaller house. It looked like it's been freshly painted and carpeted. They have two meals a day, and all the utilities. Of course, because of COVID, there are not many activities going on, but they do have them. There's also a beauty shop on the premises, and I will have a garage when I move there."

"My mother moved in. It's a very nice facility, it's a good layout, very comfortable feel, and the staff overall is really good. There are a couple of things that I had to remind them about with regard to specific care of my mom, but overall they do a really great job. My mom enjoys the food, and I've seen bingo and ice cream socials."

"I toured Westmont of Riverside. The price range was a little too high, but it was a nice facility. The rooms were small. The staff members were very nice. The marketing director was very nice and very informative."

"Mom moved to Manzanita Village Senior Living and our experience has been wonderful. I like the place. I love it. There hasn't been anything bad about the place at all. It's clean. It's well run and well taken care of. All the staff are very pleasant and seem to enjoy their job. They have a lot of activities and different things that they do with the residents. This past Thursday, they had a senior prom where they had a prom king and queen, a dance dinner, and a DJ. It was pretty fun. I had a meal there and it was great. I had steak and potato and asparagus. Of course, Mom got to eat for free. I paid $10 for my plate, but it was delicious. Manzanita Village Senior Living is one of the cheaper facilities. It's excellent. They're welcoming and it's a great place to put your loved one."

"Atria is very nice and doesn’t feel like a senior home; it’s like resort living. Exercise and going down to dinner have been mother’s social activities. They have special dinners and outings once a month. She has responded well, and the people there are very friendly and helpful. "

"My mom will be moving into Hacienda Senior Living Assisted Living & Memory Care. I like the friendliness of everybody. The center is very clean. When they toured us, the patients looked like they were very well taken care of. It's a very nice place. The staff who gave the tour was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were very nice. They are in the process of doing some remodeling of some of the rooms, but they're very nice, almost like little apartments. The dining area was very nice. It's like a hacienda-type setting with a fireplace and everything. They have a beautiful courtyard in the middle with the rooms kind of going around the courtyard. It creates a nice view for the patients when they're in their rooms. They could look out the window and see the beautiful courtyard. When I toured, they were in the process of having lunch, but they toured us to community room areas where you could go and view TV and socialize with the other patients. They're very helpful with the paperwork because a lot of people don't know what to do and what kind of paperwork they're going to need. So, they're very helpful with that. The staff was very helpful. She was the one that provided a lot of the information on the paperwork that I would need from my mom's doctor and all that stuff. Also, from what I could see on the food that they were eating, it was very good. They were having chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes and carrots, and it was a very large portion. It looked more like a dinner than a lunch. "

"I am a retired hospice registered nurse. My aunt was a resident at Cathy's Cottage for @9 months. I tried to visit weekly. I would show up unannounced at varied times and days. Each time I found my aunt to be clean, hair combed and with a dry adult diaper. Pain was a chronic issue yet while at Cathy's she denied pain. The staff was always courteous and happy to see my mother (the resident's sister) and me. We were given comfortable chairs and we would be offered a beverage. During Covid, Julie followed the State guidelines and tested visitors appropriately. My aunt died comfortably in a warm environment with caring caregivers."

"My mother is a resident of The Lakes at Banning. They're amazing, I would recommend them to anyone. I asked a lot of questions, and they have all the answers. The staff is wonderful. It doesn't smell, it's very clean. They're very professional. Everyone there is nice. Every day they have so many activities. It's so much opportunity for them to do different things. They have dog therapy, that's amazing. They have arts and crafts, all sorts of things. They have an outdoor area. Everything is locked and secure; that's important to me. They have a big dining room, and they have a nice visiting area, almost like a living room in front of the building."
