"Wildomar Senior Assisted Living was excellent. The facility was bright, airy, and beautiful. It was all open, beautifully decorated with high ceilings, and the walls were beautifully painted with different types of art. Staff were immediately at the door when you went in so that they could help you. Off to the left was a big dining room and the place was filled with people at the tables. They were engaging in puzzles and activities. There was a small library where they had tables and puzzles. They had elevators to go upstairs and downstairs. Some seniors were sitting around in the foyer reading the paper or magazines. They looked very comfortable, and it looked like they were just enjoying themselves. The staff was pretty friendly to all of the residents. The room was two people per room, but it was small. There was a big beautiful pool and a jacuzzi for the residents. They had outdoor seating and umbrellas. It was a very quiet place and a very remote area with a lot of trees, and a nice ambiance to be outdoors."

"My mother is a Brookdale resident in another part of the state, but I am looking at relocating her to be closer to family. Brookdale, in my experience, is a high-quality organization. The staff is very compassionate, the food is quite good (surprisingly good, in fact). From a caregiver's perspective, I am especially comforted and impressed by the personal touch so evident in Brookdale staff. People seem genuinely happy in their surroundings, both residents and caregivers. I would not hesitate to recommend Brookdale to those dealing with the hard circumstances of aging parents. "

"I visited Pico De Loro and I liked the employees' interaction with the workers and the residents. The layout was fine. It was more of an older building. It wasn't more modern, but it was clean and they had everything. I saw their activities with their residents. They have a birdcage and workout equipment. The staff was good. When I went there, they didn't have me on the list, but they got on it. They called who was in charge of the tours, and if it was OK for me to do the tours, and they were nice and helpful with everything. They were communicating with the residents, helping them out with whatever they needed and talking to them."

"I toured Vineyard Ranch at Temecula for my dad. Just based on the tour, the community seemed very accepting, very open, and very compassionate. They seemed to have a lot of activities for the residents, both in assisted care and in the memory care. The staff was very welcoming when I first arrived there. They were very, very knowledgeable about disease processes, and how to manage the residents when they have their memory issues, forgetfulness, and possibly behavioral issues based on their situation. I felt very comfortable. The facility looked very clean and inviting. They had a lot of activities which would help incorporate all of the residents. I was very pleased, very happy, and very comfortable when I stepped into the community. I would describe the rooms as comfortable. They weren't too small, but not too big. They were just enough clean. They were homey with a lot of natural light. It felt comfortable, like a normal room that somebody would be comfortable to lay and sleep in. In the memory care, it was very family oriented. The dining area was very open and comfortable. They sat as a family. I walked through during their lunch time and the smells were very inviting. I think it was very clean. The person that toured us around was amazing. I believe he was the director."

"The location of Maple Guest Home was perfect. The facility was excellent. I liked the patient-to-staff ratio. Everyone was very professional. I feel that they would be able to perfectly supply the need that we need for my mom. They have a place outside. Mom likes outside to where she can be nice and comfortable and get sunshine. I liked the whole atmosphere."

"My wife was admitted after a total knee replacement. The entire staff at the village were all so caring, and always professional. It seemed like they read her mind when ever she wanted something, they were already there.. We cannot say enough about the Village, The rooms were spic and span, the food was always hot, the therapists are kind, and patient., What a wonderful place to heal. Thank You "

"I moved into Brookdale Sunwest a week ago. So far, I've been happy here. The food has been good. They provide 2 meals a day. The place is very clean and well laid out. I think I'll do very well here. My apartment is small but very comfortable and well-appointed. I have a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a large closet, and a bedroom. I have no complaints about the staff here. We have activities and trips. There's a beauty shop/barbershop combination. Once a month, a podiatrist comes in and we can make an appointment with them."

"Exceptional, kind, gentle and caring staff. My grandfather was always in good spirits here. Also, excellent, clean food, and clean facilities. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. I had true piece of mind knowing my grandfather was here. I highly recommend Buena Vista Assisted Living! "

"Atria was close to my home. The person I talked to was very knowledgeable, very kind and very in tune to our needs. The person who toured us, however, was not the same person and she did not have the same depth of knowledge, so it was a disappointment. The staff members we met were very nice. The place was clean and the rooms as well as the amenities were very nice. It feels kind of isolated, but the campus was spread out. They had a lot of good and diverse activities. We did eat lunch there and the food was very good. They had a couple of different menus. "

"Westmont Village is a nice facility, just a little pricey. Other than that, it was nice, it's huge. I think my mom would get lost there, it's so big. If she decides to go there, they'll have someone that'll shadow her until she gets used to where everything's located. It can be overwhelming because it's really large. They have a lot of amenities to offer. It's like a world within itself. They have everything that a person could need or want. I was shocked at how big it was, and it's well-maintained like it is. I think it's worth it. It's a little pricey, but I'm at it. It's a great place, I think. They showed us everything except for the memory care. We didn't need to see that. The staff is very knowledgeable of what they had to offer. Even though he had been there a short period, he's only been there a short time, but he knows everything that they had offered. He was able to answer any questions that we have or concerns. They have a stove and microwave. I'm surprised that they have stoves in there. They have a swimming pool, exercising, and they even have fitness therapists to work with people with leg and joint pains, stuff like that."
