"It is in a nice location. There's not a lot of buildings and things around and I liked that very much. The staff that I met was very nice and very welcoming. The room that I visited was a nice size, but it's just a little older than what I would prefer. Still, I liked the way the buildings were situated. They had some balconies in the apartments and I liked that they had an outdoor garden/area where you could go out and sit. So, you weren't expected to sit in your room when you didn't want to. They also told me about the other levels of care and they gave me brochures. So, they were very informative. All the questions that I needed to know were answered."

"My mother-in-law has moved into WellQuest of Menifee Lakes. She has moved into their memory care. The experience has been great. It has been perfect. The staff are friendly. It's brand new, and it's very nice. And I like the staff. The layout is fine. The activities are great. The involvement with family and the staff in the center is top-notch. My mother-in-law is in a private studio bedroom with her private bathroom."

"My mom has been living at Sun City Gardens for 11 years. It is very good. The staff is wonderful and treat her very well. I don't have any complaints whatsoever. The food is good. I’ve eaten there a number of times when I go down to visit. They do bingo, play cards, and go on little excursions. At Christmas, they went to see Christmas lights. "

"I toured Vineyard Ranch at Temecula. The gal who walked me through is very knowledgeable, very kind, and bright. She was a young lady. She knew the residents. She knew them by name. She took the time. She made sure that they were comfortable. People were everywhere. They have a resident dog. People were singing. A gentleman was looking for food in the kitchen and she helped him out to get some melon. It was nice. The only reason that I did not go there is I would have liked to have been a little bit cleaner, but everything else was spot on there. Their care, their true caring, not just a job. They follow up on everything about them. Hindsight probably should have been there. They had arts and crafts going on. They had everything going on. That is a true facility that puts things in place for quality of life."

"My grandmother has been a resident for a few months. She has become lively and she has a new joy in life. We added furniture from her house and it feels like home to her. Kelly and Steve are the sales managers. They are extremely attentive and accommodate to your requests promptly. Beautiful grounds. Staffing is very caring and friendly. We couldn’t be happier with the location, staff and the reliability that grandma is in good hands. "

"We thought The Hills of Alcoba II was well laid out for what it was being used for. We liked the people and the staff and everything about it. So we thought this would be more where Mom would be. They have just your standard house bedrooms, but they were well kept and all the beds were made when we got there. Everything was clean."

"I was very impressed with Regency at Fallbrook. They were very friendly and very honest. I liked that the feel of it is more homey, fun, and activity-based. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The structure of the building was great. They have outdoor community patio areas, which was nice. What I liked is a lot of the rooms are just centered around it looking into that area."

"I came by to look at this facility on belalf of my elderly mom. I really liked the staff they were caring and helpful. I was also impressed with the cleanlyness of the facility. When the time comes this is the place I will bring her. "

"The location of Maple Guest Home was perfect. The facility was excellent. I liked the patient-to-staff ratio. Everyone was very professional. I feel that they would be able to perfectly supply the need that we need for my mom. They have a place outside. Mom likes outside to where she can be nice and comfortable and get sunshine. I liked the whole atmosphere."

"The tour at Westmont Village went fine. It was nice, but it was a little spread out and kind of larger than what I was looking for. The room they showed was pretty nice. It was a two-bedroom with a shared bath, and the size of it was nice. People were doing different activities. They were doing like a chair yoga class and crafts in one area. The staff was very good."

"I went here for my mother. It was not quite as impressive as the other facility that I visited. The other facility's level of care seemed just top of the line. But the rooms and dining area were very good. The staff was also good. The building and the rooms were clean, and stepping inside the facility felt good."
