"Mom will be moving into Sun City Gardens. I had a very favorable general impression. It has a good outdoor spread with lots of trails. It's really big with lots of rooms and easy access. The staff was very friendly, informative, very nice, personable, and responsive. The apartments were very clean and accessible with wide open spaces. The big dining area is wide open, and I saw a couple of people eating at the time. I noticed a lot of people use mobility scooters, which we'll probably get for my mother because her mobility is somewhat limited."

"I toured Vineyard Ranch at Temecula. The gal who walked me through is very knowledgeable, very kind, and bright. She was a young lady. She knew the residents. She knew them by name. She took the time. She made sure that they were comfortable. People were everywhere. They have a resident dog. People were singing. A gentleman was looking for food in the kitchen and she helped him out to get some melon. It was nice. The only reason that I did not go there is I would have liked to have been a little bit cleaner, but everything else was spot on there. Their care, their true caring, not just a job. They follow up on everything about them. Hindsight probably should have been there. They had arts and crafts going on. They had everything going on. That is a true facility that puts things in place for quality of life."

Kelly and Steve are the sales managers. They are extremely attentive and accommodate to your requests promptly. Beautiful grounds. Staffing is very caring and friendly. They have just your standard house bedrooms, but they were well kept and all the beds were made when we got there. Everything was clean."
