My mom will move into WellQuest of Menifee Lakes. It's only three years old, so everything is new and fresh. They put money into it to keep it up. It has a dog park. It has a walking path. They have over 60 activities a month. It's a very active, dynamic community, not an old, depressed community. It's very lively. The staff was friendly, engaging, and open. The food was excellent. Compared to other communities, it's exceptional. It's a healthy, varied menu, and a lovely dining area. The chef puts together things with flavor, color, and texture.

I toured WellQuest of Menifee Lakes. It's beautiful, very clean, and very high end, like your own home. The rooms are excellent. The bedrooms have three different sizes, and you can have a studio or you can have a one-bedroom or a two-bedroom. There's a lot of choices. They're just a great size, very nice, and wonderful. The bathrooms are excellent, well put together, high end finishes, and it's very nice. The young lady that I saw the first time, it was her first day, but she was very well-read in what we were doing. The second time we went it was excellent, because we got a member of staff who had been there for a while.

WellQuest of Menifee Lakes is a fantastic place. The people are nice. They know everybody's names. They're clean. Everything that I saw was great. I would recommend that place to anybody. We were there for over an hour and the staff sat down with us, and she talked to us. She took us through some of the apartments that they had. She showed us where they all get together and do things in the dining rooms and talk to a couple of the nurses there, and it was very nice.

I went on a tour of WellQuest of Menifee Lakes. The first impression when you drive up is that it is so pretty. This place is freaking gorgeous. It's absolutely beautiful. The way everything is set up inside is just very welcoming. There's like a little vignette and the fireplace was going. There was a place to sign in. They have little vignettes all over the entrance ways and like there's this one area where they had all these pretty little chairs and little couches that you set up around a grand piano. They had a little station where anybody could walk up and get some coffee. When I walked in, somebody greeted me immediately. Another nice thing was, and I wish I had thought before I parked when I drove up, as I was walking up, there was a very, very first parking spot there and it said, Welcome, Cindy. So, it had my name, but I didn't notice it, so I didn't park there. But I thought, what a nice thing to do. The staff who took me through the tour knew every single person's name as we were walking past people. He has a partner that does the same job as him. She was not there that day. But the very next morning, she called me just to introduce herself. So, I thought that was very polite.

I toured WellQuest of Menifee Lakes. When I got there, the power was out. They were doing well. They were doing some work, and this is a facility that has elderly, and they need elevators. I had gotten there right at dinner time, and people were unable to get downstairs to eat. The staff were taking meals to people who couldn't come down to the room. They didn't let the power being out faze them. They were handling it. Things were going on, but they still greeted me pleasantly and took the time. The residents were in the bar. Residents were everywhere. The residents were talking. Some of them didn't want to be in their room with no power, but I could see that they weren't. They were free to come and go as they pleased. The staff and everybody were very nice and helpful. I didn't have an appointment, so they didn't have to show me around, but they did. They took me to a room. They showed me the room as we were walking down the hall. The person I spoke with was making sure people were OK as they opened their doors. A very beautiful facility, but it's very small.

WellQuest of Menifee Lakes is a wonderful place and they're like the high end of things. Their staff member, Michael, he has been great. My mother is in dementia care, so all I saw was the dementia area, and what I saw was adequate. It's very nice and it's doable. The security is fine, it's what you would anticipate. I didn't see any activities, but I know that they do have activities, because you get to see them on calendars. It's expensive when you have two parents instead of one. The facility is wonderful the way it's set up. I saw the whole facility. It's like living in a gracious and wonderful environment. They're a facility that provides and meets the needs of the family and the elderly.

We went to WellQuest of Menifee Lakes. It was great. We focused on the memory clinic the most for my mom. It is very clean. It is a very inviting atmosphere. To me, it looks more like a hotel than a facility when you look at how the rooms are laid out because it's a newer facility. The staff who gave the tour was very knowledgeable, very positive, not pushy at all, and very willing to take the time to answer all the questions that I had. He gave me a complete tour of the facility. He pretty much told me everything from the activities to dining and what they provide as far as services. They provide services for my mom as she declines more and what they're capable of doing, which is quite a bit. They are very informative about what they're able to do, and how they take some of the people over to the regular assisted living to do some of the activities over there. It's very detailed oriented. The residents were very nice there. I was amazed by a couple of them who came up to us and said they liked the place. They'd been to other places, and this was the best place they'd been in. As we're looking at a couple more places, WellQuest of Menifee Lakes is one of them that we're looking at with heart.

The thing I liked best about WellQuest of Menifee Lakes was that it appeared to be extremely clean, neat, and well taken care of. It's a relatively nice place to visit. The thing I didn't like was that it was too large and impersonal. The person that showed me around was the only one that I saw aside from the person at the front desk. She was very well-spoken and very knowledgeable. They had a lot of activities for the residents to do.

I like the layout at WellQuest of Menifee Lakes. The rooms were beautiful. It seems like it's very well run and organized, but I didn't see a lot of people out. I liked that they have a bocce court and a pool. They have their special craft rooms and things like that. When I was there, I didn't see anybody out except for one lady. I thought that was a little unusual. I would like to see more social interaction; that's the main reason for getting our parents in there. They have a little dog park, and they were going to hold a room if we wanted it. It was a room that was near the end where the dog park is. I really was impressed with Michael, who runs that place. He is their director. We like the location. It's central for my husband and I, as well as my brother-in-law and his wife in Canyon Lake. It had all the amenities. I just want to see people engaging. It's also very new. The chef came out and introduced himself. He told me what they were planning and adding to their menu. The staff who toured me was great. He answered all my questions. He did follow-up calls and follow-up texts. The place is beautiful. It has everything you could need. I also interacted with the staff in their physical therapy room. I spoke with a couple of people there. They seemed quite happy and quite personable. The physical therapy staff was very friendly and very accessible.

The experience of touring WellQuest of Menifee Lakes was wonderful. The community, the people, and everybody were nice. All the residents that I talked to just loved it there. The lady who took us all around was good and she answered any questions that we had. I liked her. The apartments were gorgeous. I was impressed that you can get washers and dryers in them also. The place is only nine months old, so it was beautiful and everything was pristine. The dining area was also really nice. While we were there, there was an exercise program going on and lots of the residents were taking part in it. They all seemed to be having a really good time. There was a woman in the puzzle room putting puzzles together and they had a beautiful theater. Everything was very nice. I loved how they interacted with the residents and it seemed very homey.

WellQuest of Menifee Lakes seemed fairly new. It's very clean and very well organized. I'm just very pleased with everything they have, like the activities and the care. The rooms are very nice. I like the openness of it. It's just very pleasant, and I was really impressed with it. My partner will be moving to their memory care. I'm very happy with them. I've gone to the others, and they're OK. I just got a good impression there. I thought the apartments were very nice. They have plenty of room, and they allow you to put pictures on the walls. They're fine with that, and they said to make it your home. I was really impressed with that. We'll be able to move his furniture in and things that will remind him of home. I can visit any time, too. It was nice that they don't have a restricted visitation. I think the upkeep is wonderful. The place is just spotlessly clean and seems very well-organized. There were people playing bingo and having a good time, and I thought it was great. The dining room is very well-appointed too. I like that. There were so many amenities. They said that once in a while, they take everybody in the van and go for picnics or go somewhere. I thought that was fun and nice. They probably had a hundred activities rolling on a screen there, just different things they could do during the day. I didn't even point out all of them because I don't think that he will participate in a lot of them. They had numerous things to do. They also had a nice walking area with a little path that was gated on both ends. There was plenty of room to walk, sit, and do what they wanted. I'm very impressed with it. The staff we toured with was wonderful. He gave us all the information we wanted. We sat and talked to him. My daughter came down from Seattle. We both went in again, and she asked every question available. He answered every one to our satisfaction. His name was Mike, and we really liked him.

I went to WellQuest of Menifee Lakes. It is a new facility, it's large. It has a lot of amenities and that kind of thing. But because it's new and has very few residents in it, and because it's next to the highway, I felt I would not probably choose that one. The staff took me through all of the facilities, we walked through a lot of the facilities, they have one floor that they consider assisted living. So we went on that floor. And he took me to the dining room and showed me some of the exercise rooms and stuff like that. He was business-like, I didn't find him compassionate and interested, he's like a salesman.

WellQuest of Menifee Lakes was very clean and new. They had three different rooms you could look at and they were all beautiful and nice. They had a full kitchen too, so I liked that. We probably moved in there if we had the money for it. It's just a little too pricey for us, but we liked it. Michael was the one who toured us and he was very, very informative. They have a balcony in the room, a gym, and a theater.

We toured WellQuest of Menifee Lakes. I spoke with the residents. They were doing flower arrangements and paintings, and they had a happy hour. It's very polished; it is a beautiful facility. They have different layouts of the rooms that were just fabulous. The only thing is it is not all-inclusive. For a private room, it started at $4390, and then the high-end is $4950. You have to put the level of care on top of that. My aunt was considered a level 2. That would raise your price by $1500, and it's all out of pocket.
