"It is a very nice facility. They keep it in very good shape. There were no foul smells or anything. I met the director and she showed me a couple of the different rooms. The rooms were nice, large, well-kept, and ready to go. They have some openings, so I told my sister that 'they're ready whenever you can get your house sold, so let's go!' We're working on it, but she still goes back and forth a little bit. I think the people were very nice. The staff showed us all over the facility. She made sure that we had information on everything they offered, and we were very pleased. They were excellent. Very nice people. They gave you a very welcoming home-style feeling, and they gave us some cookies when we left and that was nice. The facility was a little bit older but still in good shape. They have a library, and they have dining where you could choose your own meals. They would come and clean the room once a week, and they would do the sheets once a week. They have a pool, and they have a piano in the main hall. They could sit down and play it for the people, and that would be great. The pets are allowed if you want them. They have a game room, and they have a washer and dryer available to the customer if they need them. The facilities are probably due for some upgrades, but they're good. The dining area looked clean and orderly. The people that were dining that we saw as we walked by looked to be conversing with each other, and it looked to be a healthy atmosphere."

"The tour at Westmont Village went fine. It was nice, but it was a little spread out and kind of larger than what I was looking for. The room they showed was pretty nice. It was a two-bedroom with a shared bath, and the size of it was nice. People were doing different activities. They were doing like a chair yoga class and crafts in one area. The staff was very good."

"Mission Commons was a nice place. The general atmosphere of the place was very pleasant. The staff who assisted us during the tour was very nice, very respectful, very helpful, and showed us around. We were impressed and touched. We talked to a few residents and that was also very nice. They were very pleasant to talk to and they had positive things to say about the place. The cleanliness of the place was very good. I didn't see anything dirty or unclean. They showed us the dining area. They showed us a 1-bedroom apartment and it was quite a good-sized bedroom. They had all the amenities, like the washer and dryer and the refrigerator."

"It was very nice, very clean, and friendly. They accommodated me with no appointment, and I really appreciated that. One time I had an appointment and the second time I just took my mom without an appointment, and they were still able to show me around. It was just a quick visit, and they met my standards."

"Vista Montana Senior Living was a nice place, and I liked it. Everyone and the rooms were real nice. It had pretty much everything that we wanted. They provided three meals a day and snacks in between. They had cards, bingo, and different activities to keep their memory sharp. "

"The people at Valle Hermosa seem nice. So far, I have no complaints. The neighbors seemed very friendly. The condos are two bedrooms and two baths, and it has a dining area and a living area. Some apartments have fireplaces. We cook our food, do our own housekeeping. The city government of Hemet can provide buses if you want to go some place. "

"Four Seasons at Hemet was the best community. I don't think we could have ever lived in a nicer one. They had a social calendar. We never missed a happy New Year for the 10 or 12 years we lived there. It was the greatest community. They were always having something like concerts out on the patio, in the courtyard, and dances. All kinds of things and we had a social director. They had a lot of exercise facilities too. They did trips and it was an active community. We had a very nice house, 3 bedrooms, and a den. It was lovely. There was a little coffee shop in the clubhouse. The staff was wonderful."

"I chose Chardonnay Hills Care Home for my mom mostly because it was very clean, apparently well-run, and they have a space open. The staff appear to be caring, efficient, and doing all of the things that I would do. From what little I've seen, the food could be more well-rounded. They have activities. Watching TV is pretty much my mom's activity because she's non-ambulatory. The facility is excellent in cleanliness, design, in the application of their facility itself, and it seems to be kept up and well run. They do have a lawn, and a putting green in the back for anyone that would be inclined or able to use it. But they also have an excellent amount of light that comes into the place naturally through open windows and glass doors."

"Our experience being in The Oasis Community is very good and I've been here for 16 years. They're all single-family homes, independent living. It's a beautiful community that's gated so there's high security, and it's well-kept. The staff is very helpful, they do a good job. They don't provide any meals but there are lots of activities and lots of clubs and committees to volunteer on. They've got a beautiful swimming pool and tennis courts. There's a large clubhouse that's beautifully done, it's been redecorated in the last few years. There's also a gym, a library and a lot of available exercise classes. It's reasonable in terms of value for the money. It's in an attractive location, Menifee is a relatively small city, about 100,000 people, but it's growing quickly. There's lots of shopping very close by, so it's a very well situated location."

"I am living in a senior home mobile community Plantation on the Lake. The people here are fantastic. It's a beautiful community. We have activities. We have two swimming pools. We had dinners once a month. We have ceramics and all kinds of stuff. They do a lot of trips to places on buses. The mobile home park is kept very, very clean. We have a crew that cuts the grass for the park individually."

"I selected Fountain Glen for myself. I liked the looks of it, the layout and everything. It's nice and clean, and the location was good. It worked out very well for me. They had a lot of amenities. I liked the place. It's an apartment, and they don't feed you or anything. It's strictly independent. It's in a city, so there are all kinds of places around. The staff during the tour was informative and very helpful."

"We went to the Renaissance Village Murrieta. My uncle liked it a lot, so he put a deposit on one of the rooms. He chose it because they had single apartments, he did not want to share a room and they had a single apartment that was the perfect size for him. He wanted lights, a lot of light in his room, so he was able to get a room that had a big picture window that looked over a pond and was more than happy with that. The staff was very helpful, she listened to his needs, and she showed us a few places. She just was very accommodating. There were several rooms like the theater room, living room, TV room, billiards room, and of course, the dining area. Everything had an elevator for upper floors and lower floors, no stairs which are good because he's not steady on his feet. It was very clean. It was very orderly. People seem happy. They were smiling. And the thing I liked about it the most was you had to wait at the door until someone came to ask you and they took our temperature and they made sure we were wearing a mask and that we had our shots. It had a beautiful piano playing that's on like a loop, and that was very comforting, that it wasn't just quiet. There was lively music and they said that they had happy hour on Tuesday night, they said that they had a bistro for snacks after breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was nice that he could just go in and get a piece of pie or get some water, bottled water, or soda, or whatever it is. They had a salon for extra haircuts, which is fine. He'd have to pay for a haircut anyway, but he was just very pleased. He was smiling, he's happy."
