"My grandfather was a resident-patient approx 1 year ago. We had an unresolved issue regarding his personal belongings . For 6 months I tried to resolve the issue with the previous Executive director without success. I recently spoke with the “new” Executive director - Mike A. First, he answered my phone call. He was compassionate and listened to my concerns and resolve the issue in less than 20 min. Speaking with Mike, I felt as though I called a different facility. Everything about the conversation was contrary to my previous experiences with the faculty. I want to thank Mike for addressing my concerns and wish him, the facility, staff and their patients well. Based on my previous experience with LifeCare Menifee, I’m supremely confident that Mike A was an excellent choice as Executive director. Thank you Mike, I feel the tides turning at your facility."

"My husband had stayed in Palm Grove Health Care, and I think their services are excellent. The staff is very caring, very attentive, and things didn't happen. They follow protocol, and their building is secure. So, you can't just walk in or walk out. Sometimes, he stays in a shared room, sometimes he's in a room by himself, but they're all very nice, neat, and clean. Because of COVID, all of their activities are kind of restricted. So, the activities person has been going into the rooms and doing activities with the person. They do have activity rooms for them to use, and I think they were at one point easing people into the areas. But now, it's probably slowed down. They're surrounded by a fence and locked gate, so they know when anyone is coming in the gate to get to the building and they have very nice landscaping with flowers. They're expensive on a monthly basis."

"Clean, responsive, kind, family member felt safe, variety of activities were provided, indoor and outdoor, (saw an elderly patient pulling weeds in the garden), I attended a well done luau, worships, concerts, indoor games, music therapy. I visited almost daily at random times; I was not looking for someone to treat me special-I was looking for good care. I saw the care/patient interaction and of course they were busy but it wasn’t about me; they were caring for many people that were usually not getting much care from their own family ."

"My brother is in Banning Healthcare. The rooms are very small. They have physical therapy and a community room where they play music and games. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, and helpful. The overall care is excellent. They have patios and some outside tables for lunch get-togethers."

"I go to Beaumont Care Center twice a week to visit my dad. It is conveniently located where everybody could visit him. The day time shift is really good to him. Everybody is cool and friendly. But the only thing that I'm having concerns about is the night shift. There've been a lot of problems going over there, and it's really, really disturbing for me. "

"My father has been in this facility for over three years. We have moved him from one facility to another due to lack of care and staff. By far we are very satisfied by the amount of care my father is receiving at Centinela. The staff is very caring and passionate.....My family and i are very pleased we found this place..... "

"My Father Stayed at Miravilla Care Center for about ten weeks. He received physical therapy three times a week and the staff always made sure he was ready. The two rna gentlemen chris and lewie really made it a pleasant stay for my father. All the staff our friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the activities department goes above and beyond to make everyone happy. I will defiantly recommend this facility to others! "

"Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is clean, new, and well landscaped. The physical therapy and occupational therapy are terrific. They do a good job. The dining area is adequate. They have an activities room and Mom spends a good deal of time in there. They do bingo and artwork like coloring and painting. Medicare is actually paying for the whole thing."

"Rooms clean and comfortable. Caregivers and staff so caring. My first morning and could not sleep. I told the caregiver leia that it had been 10 days in Inland Valley and last time cleaned 10 days ago and I had hoped to get a shower soon. And she gave me a shower!! The best and caring healthcare worker I have met on this journey. Thank you"

"The people at Calimesa Post Acute have been very helpful and attentive. Dad is very comfortable, and they treat him well. He has everything he needs there. They have music, bingo, and people coming in to sing and visit them. I'm happy with the way they are taking care of Dad. The food is good, and Dad seems to be enjoying it. If he wants something else, they're willing to make it for him right away. The place is very clean and sanitized."

"My husband almost fell off the wheelchair if we hadn't caught him. I talked to the nurse about it, and she said that the wheelchair he has is too small for him and that they would keep an eye for him. But it disturbs us a lot because if we hadn't been there, he would have gone right to the floor. The room he's in is a little too crowded. But aside from that Braswell's Yucaipa Valley is very clean and really nice. "

"My mother had an incredible stay here. She had extensive stay at the hospital and we were worried about where she would go next. The social services staff helped put our mind at ease as we weighed several options. Our case worker let us call him with our concerns any time of day! The dietary supervisor helped us feel at ease regarding my mother's recent weight loss. Overall, the staff really demonstrated true empathy and I would recommend Temecula Healthcare Center if you want peace of mind for your loved ones. "

"My uncle got there at Riverside Village Healthcare Center on Sunday. They're on top of everything, trying to get him situated, and they figured out the things that he needs to get a little better. They're great. They are very informative, too. The facilities are very clean. It's pretty wide open there, like the hallways and stuff. It looks pretty nice, too. My uncle is close to the front, so I don't get to see much around there, but the atmosphere is very welcoming. The rooms are pretty big, too. He is in a room that was supposed to be with somebody else, but he is in there by himself right now."

"My mother had rehab in Cedar Mountain Post Acute Rehabilitation (Braswell's Hampton), and our experience with them was excellent. I was very happy. They had bingo going on all the time, music, movies, manicures, and every day there's an activity. They're under a very expensive remodel right now, so part of the place had been remodeled and part wasn't. The care that she got and the people are very loving. I visit there every day and sometimes at odd hours, and everyone was very attentive. I really like that they had six rooms with three on each side of the hall, and a nurse and an LPN always in the middle. If anything is needed, they're right there. The rooms were adequate in size but needed a lot of work. The paint and the bathroom were a little outdated. They were working on that when we were there. The staff was wonderful, really nice to my mom, friendly and great. I really liked the staff."
