"My father is at Bradley Gardens Convalescent. One of the biggest factors for us was that it accepts his insurance. Every so often they will have different people come in as entertainment. They do crafts. The staff members are there fairly quickly when needed."

"Life Care of Menifee is an excellent facility. I would highly rate them. They have excellent staff, activities, and food. They have no problems with their plumbing or the administration. "

"My husband had stayed in Palm Grove Health Care, and I think their services are excellent. The staff is very caring, very attentive, and things didn't happen. They follow protocol, and their building is secure. So, you can't just walk in or walk out. Sometimes, he stays in a shared room, sometimes he's in a room by himself, but they're all very nice, neat, and clean. Because of COVID, all of their activities are kind of restricted. So, the activities person has been going into the rooms and doing activities with the person. They do have activity rooms for them to use, and I think they were at one point easing people into the areas. But now, it's probably slowed down. They're surrounded by a fence and locked gate, so they know when anyone is coming in the gate to get to the building and they have very nice landscaping with flowers. They're expensive on a monthly basis."

"My grandmother lived in this facility for five years. Overall, I felt the facility was very clean. The staff tried to make the facility as friendly and inviting as possible. They always had the lobby and hallways decorated for whatever holiday was coming up. They also had several programs for the residents to participate in, like movie or sing-along nights, although my grandmother really didn't do much of this. The staff was very friendly. Regarding the staff, the nurses aides(LVNs & CNAs) were very caring. They treated my grandmother like she was family, stopping by to check on her and chat with her so she wouldn't feel lonely. The nurses themselves were okay, but they tended to be reactive, rather than proactive. They wouldn't do anything unless prompted, which sometimes had detrimental effects of my grandmother's health. My family really had to keep on eye on my grandmother's healthcare. "

"My brother is in Banning Healthcare. The rooms are very small. They have physical therapy and a community room where they play music and games. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, and helpful. The overall care is excellent. They have patios and some outside tables for lunch get-togethers."

"I go to Beaumont Care Center twice a week to visit my dad. It is conveniently located where everybody could visit him. The day time shift is really good to him. Everybody is cool and friendly. But the only thing that I'm having concerns about is the night shift. There've been a lot of problems going over there, and it's really, really disturbing for me. "

"This facility is a skilled nursing facility located in the foothills of Cherry Valley Calif. When I first visited this facility I noticed that some of the patients roamed about the facility as if they were at home. They appeared comfortable and happy. They have a large room for activities too. Those that were in their beds had their rooms decorated to their liking. The facility in undergoing a remodel therefore their is construction taking place. The social work staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The nursing staff are attentive and very caring and knowledgable. This skilled nursing home is also clean looking and smells clean. "

"Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is clean, new, and well landscaped. The physical therapy and occupational therapy are terrific. They do a good job. The dining area is adequate. They have an activities room and Mom spends a good deal of time in there. They do bingo and artwork like coloring and painting. Medicare is actually paying for the whole thing."

"My grandmother stayed there for therapy she hadn't walked for a few years only took 3 to 4 steps they were great after 5 weeks she was able to walk about a hundred feet gave her quality of life back"

"The people at Calimesa Post Acute have been very helpful and attentive. Dad is very comfortable, and they treat him well. He has everything he needs there. They have music, bingo, and people coming in to sing and visit them. I'm happy with the way they are taking care of Dad. The food is good, and Dad seems to be enjoying it. If he wants something else, they're willing to make it for him right away. The place is very clean and sanitized."

"My husband almost fell off the wheelchair if we hadn't caught him. I talked to the nurse about it, and she said that the wheelchair he has is too small for him and that they would keep an eye for him. But it disturbs us a lot because if we hadn't been there, he would have gone right to the floor. The room he's in is a little too crowded. But aside from that Braswell's Yucaipa Valley is very clean and really nice. "

The social services staff helped put our mind at ease as we weighed several options. Our case worker let us call him with our concerns any time of day! The dietary supervisor helped us feel at ease regarding my mother's recent weight loss. Overall, the staff really demonstrated true empathy and I would recommend Temecula Healthcare Center if you want peace of mind for your loved ones. "

"My uncle got there at Riverside Village Healthcare Center on Sunday. They're on top of everything, trying to get him situated, and they figured out the things that he needs to get a little better. They're great. They are very informative, too. The facilities are very clean. It's pretty wide open there, like the hallways and stuff. It looks pretty nice, too. My uncle is close to the front, so I don't get to see much around there, but the atmosphere is very welcoming. The rooms are pretty big, too. He is in a room that was supposed to be with somebody else, but he is in there by himself right now."
