"My dad went to The Village Hemet for assisted living. It was a really nice place and he was there for about 10 months. The nurses were there, and they were on top of medications. The residents weren't as active. They tried to do activities. They would wheel my dad down for singing groups and for Valentine cupcakes but when you're confined in a wheelchair and more immobile, it is harder to get someone to participate. They had in-house beauty shop. They had very good foods and my dad liked it. It was a really nice place. They had very caring staff. Their rooms were studio rooms that had separate bathrooms. The rooms were bigger. My dad had a room to put a recliner and a table. He had a television, a small table, and a chair to sit down to if he has company. It was nice and the price was comparable to others."

"Brookdale Sunwest is perfect for my mother. The thing that sold us on Brookdale was that she could garden, because they have little plots and wood boxes. The place was neat and clean, and they had very spacious rooms. We like the affordability too. They have a movie room, a library, and I saw a couple of people in the dining room area; it wasn't packed. We also visited another community, but Brookdale Sunwest really fits Mom like a glove. The staff member who helped us during the tour was very friendly. I liked the fact that they had assisted living, and across the courtyard where they can do gardening is the independent living. They drive you to your appointments, or if they go on outings."

"Our visit to Maple guest home in Hemet left us thoroughly impressed. The community boasts an impressive array of amenities that cater to the resident's needs and interests. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facility staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable. Although we didn't have the opportunity to sample the food firsthand, our visit coincided with lunchtime, and it was heartening to see the residents thoroughly enjoying their meals. The positive feedback from those around us confirmed the quality of the dining experience. The community offers an impressive range of amenities, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The kitchen, dining area, and bedrooms were all beautifully designed and maintained. I decided to move my father into this facility and I am very happy with it. All the above mentioned stands truthful and they are taking really good care of my father"

"My mom will be moving into Hacienda Senior Living Assisted Living & Memory Care. I like the friendliness of everybody. The center is very clean. When they toured us, the patients looked like they were very well taken care of. It's a very nice place. The staff who gave the tour was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were very nice. They are in the process of doing some remodeling of some of the rooms, but they're very nice, almost like little apartments. The dining area was very nice. It's like a hacienda-type setting with a fireplace and everything. They have a beautiful courtyard in the middle with the rooms kind of going around the courtyard. It creates a nice view for the patients when they're in their rooms. They could look out the window and see the beautiful courtyard. When I toured, they were in the process of having lunch, but they toured us to community room areas where you could go and view TV and socialize with the other patients. They're very helpful with the paperwork because a lot of people don't know what to do and what kind of paperwork they're going to need. So, they're very helpful with that. The staff was very helpful. She was the one that provided a lot of the information on the paperwork that I would need from my mom's doctor and all that stuff. Also, from what I could see on the food that they were eating, it was very good. They were having chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes and carrots, and it was a very large portion. It looked more like a dinner than a lunch. "

"The experience of touring WellQuest of Menifee Lakes was wonderful. The community, the people, and everybody were nice. All the residents that I talked to just loved it there. The lady who took us all around was good and she answered any questions that we had. I liked her. The apartments were gorgeous. I was impressed that you can get washers and dryers in them also. The place is only nine months old, so it was beautiful and everything was pristine. The dining area was also really nice. While we were there, there was an exercise program going on and lots of the residents were taking part in it. They all seemed to be having a really good time. There was a woman in the puzzle room putting puzzles together and they had a beautiful theater. Everything was very nice. I loved how they interacted with the residents and it seemed very homey."

"The Lakes looked very nice and clean. Everybody looked content. They had trips and lots of activities. The staff was very pleasant, very helpful, and very nice. The scenery was the one thing that I did not like because you looked out the window to a brown field without trees or anything. It looked barren, and I did not like that. "

"I found Sunny Rose Glen through your company, and it has been really good. I am very satisfied that my mom is happy. I’ve been there with my mom when she’s had dinner, and she seems to enjoy it. I know they have a chef there; the food smells good, and looks good. She’s in a nice private room. It looks down on the courtyard, and it’s quiet. She has her own heating, and air conditioning she can control. It seems nice; like a little apartment. Their Sales Director was very helpful. I talked to her a few different times on the phone, and she was always very helpful, cordial, and professional. I would recommend it. Everything’s been really nice there so I hadn’t had any issues. "

"I'm here and I love it here. It's one of the best places. The layout is beautiful and the caregivers are all wonderful. I'm in a 2-bedroom and 2-bath, and it's very spacious. For activities, they have chair volleyball, yoga, and all the different games that they play. They may have movie time too and there are just so many things that you can do. When I first moved here, I thought I didn't know if I could eat their food. I got sick and I had to go to a rehab facility for two weeks to get my strength back. The food there was horrible there so I was just glad to get back here. I think the food here is five-star. It's a wonderful place, the staff is good, the caregivers are very caring, and I really can't say enough about it. I'm independent but if something happens, I just push a button and they're right here to help me."

"My loved one is at Pico de Loro. I liked the fact that it’s a closed community and that they're able to take care of his needs. What we need is memory care, which they are able to provide. He has Alzheimer’s, and he’s a wanderer. They have exercises and special outings where they’re watched like hawks. They do arts and crafts and things to help them at least with their motor development and, in his case, he likes to build model airplanes, so that works out really well. The rooms are large and completely furnished. I don’t have to buy comforters for him anymore because they provide them. Right now, I’m going to give them a 4 because I haven’t been able to get out there to physically look at it, but I feel pretty comfortable with it. I talk to them probably every week or every 10 days to get updates. "

"I was here at a time when I think the staff was down, because it was like late on a Saturday, 5:30 or so. I didn't get a good picture, but it looked favorable anyway, as far as the physical facility. The staff who showed me around was very good. It was kind of a spur of the moment because there was some confusion about when I was gonna be there. There's always somebody at the front desk, so that's who I spoke to. The rooms were very nice. I saw the memory care. They had quite a bit of activities. They had a dining area, but the wing that I went through was just being opened, and there was hardly any resident there."
