"My girlfriend's brother is a resident of Hacienda Senior Living Assisted Living & Memory Care. They are good. They have certified staff there and nurses 24 hours. They are caring and attentive. He's a picky eater, and he tends to eat it, but it's a healthy balance. Say if you have diabetes, they have a special diet for people who have diabetes. The facility is very clean. They have an outdoor space with a fountain."

"My dad moved here in November 2015. He is 96 years old and is doing much better since moving to the Village Assisted Living facility. He goes to exercise class every day where Rosa, the Activities Director, does an excellent job. Michele, the head RN,(22 years with the Village) and her staff are all top notch caregivers. The housekeepers and maintenance personnel are helpful, friendly and exemplify 5 star service. We are very pleased and highly recommend this facility. "

"I visited a year and a half ago. It was very clean. They had activities going on for the residents. Everybody was friendly and kind. They had a physical therapist that was there working with several residents at one time. The rooms were clean and everything. They're all bachelor, like single units (the ones that I looked at anyway), but I was very pleased. It was nice. Just too expensive. They had some attendants out walking people that were in wheelchairs. They're very caring and try to get people to participate in some of the activities that they had on, like coloring and or playing cards. They were encouraging people to get involved, which is good. They had a garden area that's so nice, too. It was shaded, well manicured, and well taken care of."

"Buena Vista assited living was the best decision we made for my grandmother! They took such great care of her and always kept us informed. I feel comfortable and confident every day while she’s there but she’s in the best possible care. "I visited Mission Commons. They were very nice. I only saw one room, which was nice. It sounded like they had something going on almost every day. I visited the dining area, and it looked very homey. "

"When we went to Pico De Loro, I noticed the people didn't look lively, almost like there was little engagement. I know that they were engaging with them, but maybe it was the setting. They were nice, and it was clean, but it seemed only surface clean. It looked a little grungy and dusty. It had a horrible smell the minute we walked in the door. The person who took us around was nice, and they had a peacock on the ground and a colorful parrot like a macaw bird."

"Emeritus was very good; I liked it. It was just out of our price range. It was very nice and very clean. The rooms seemed very large. The people were all very friendly. The staff and the residents seemed very happy. "

"I love Alta Vita. I have my own home, I can drive, and I am free to do as I want to do, but if I need help it is here and available. I’m figuring I’m going to be in Alzheimer’s facing, and they have an Alzheimer’s unit here. They have every activities; they just put in a pickleball court, and we have a dog park and a potty green. I am in the independent living, but I have one meal a day. It's good, but I can go to the dining room for lunch or just pick up lunch in the café or go to dinner. I like the dining room because I love the salad in the salad bar. I have 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. My bedroom is quite large with a sun room and a patio, and I have a 2-car garage. I have been here for about three years, and I feel like I’m in my home. "
