"My overall experience at Citrus Court is okay. The staff is very good. The room could be bigger but it's okay. Some days the food is good and some days it's not. The outside courtyard is clean. I picked this place because the staff is kind. We can't get out much because of this COVID thing."

"One of the facilities that I visited was Westmont Village. I found it to be a beautiful community, the equal of any town or village in Southern California. It's just gorgeous with beautiful homes. It used to be Airforce Village West. They had a lot of military officers living there. Now it's got a lot of seniors, it's got apartments in there, and it's got all kinds of comprehensive care if you need it. The freestanding homes are gorgeous, and you can just live independently if you want to. I was very impressed except for a couple of things. It's too quiet. It's almost as quiet as the funeral next door. A lot of people would not consider that a flaw, but a benefit. You could hear a pin drop walking down the street. The other thing is me and my attitude. I'm going to be 80 years old in a year and a half or so, and I have no right to feel this way. But I go in there and on these tours and I'm looking around the people and it is a sea of elderly people, and I don't feel like I'm in that demographic, even though I very much am. I'm too young for that kind of a place, but I'm just going to have to get used to it. I'm probably older than a lot of those people, but I'm looking at it and I feel like I'm looking at a lot of grandpa and grandma, and I'm not one of them, but I am. So it's a bit attitude on my part. I didn't go into the memory care building, but I saw them from the outside. I mostly visited independent living and maybe assisted living. The people were very, very nice. If I were to go anywhere at this point, it would probably be Westmont Village. I thought it was a wonderful place. It's spotless. The staff is all wonderful. They were very, very nice and accommodating."

"From admission to discharge my Father was treated with outstanding care. The staff was attentive to every single need he or I had and went above and beyond their responsibilities. The food was amazing and they even took requests. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better place. Thank you Hillsong team! We will always be grateful for each and every one of you!"

"My mom has been living at Sun City Gardens for 11 years. It is very good. The staff is wonderful and treat her very well. I don't have any complaints whatsoever. The food is good. I’ve eaten there a number of times when I go down to visit. They do bingo, play cards, and go on little excursions. At Christmas, they went to see Christmas lights. "

"My mom will move into WellQuest of Menifee Lakes. It's only three years old, so everything is new and fresh. They put money into it to keep it up. It has a dog park. It has a walking path. They have over 60 activities a month. It's a very active, dynamic community, not an old, depressed community. It's very lively. The staff was friendly, engaging, and open. The food was excellent. Compared to other communities, it's exceptional. It's a healthy, varied menu, and a lovely dining area. The chef puts together things with flavor, color, and texture."

"It was really good, and that's the one I would want my friend to move into. If I needed a home, I would go there myself. The residents were very welcoming, not just the staff. We were treated to lunch, and several residents came over and told us how much they liked it. They would do music and they had a theater group that did skits and stuff. The staff was nice. The people that we passed in the halls said hi and smiled. The residents were glad to see new faces, I'm assuming, and they were very willing to tell us how much they liked living there. The food was delicious."

"Sunny Rose Glen is very nice. The rooms are beautiful and nice. They have lots of storage, and it has a big bathroom. The model looked well done, and it is a decently sized room. The two person room is even nicer and a lot bigger. It has the same amount of storage. You got a mini refrigerator, a microwave, and a little counter area so you can have a snack. The dining room is very cozy. The place smelled good, and it looked well kept. They have a nice courtyard and a nice big fireplace in the lounge area, so it is very cozy. The staff was very nice. It is a very nice place. I would definitely recommend this community. It looked fine, and I don't think it needed to improve on anything. "

"Rooms are always kept clean, bedding is new every week. Rooms are always tidy and clean. Smells fresh and clean all the time. Food is always fresh. Prepared each day. Caregiver always gives updates and calls when needed. Easy to talk with her and always have a clear communication line with her. House is well maintained and cleaned at all times. Residents are given meals with snacks, even late night snacks if requested. Visitation is open 7 days a week all hours."

"My parents and I chose Villas at San Bernardino as the best place for them to be comfortable and cared for in December 2020. They moved in on January 1st, 2021. My father’s health began to decline after a few months and VASB was supportive; staff genuinely cared about him. VASB was attentive and exceeded my expectations at a very difficult time for my mother and me. I trust in their care and compassion. We all expect this type of care for our parents and loved ones, but having had terrible experience with another highly recommended local assisted living facility, I know that isn’t the case everywhere. When my father passed away last year, my mother chose to stay at VASB rather than moving in with my brother or me. She knows she can count on the staff to assist her, she is comfortable with the routine, and they manage her medications. Staff frequently check on her. In December she shattered her pelvis and was able to come home to VASB and recover. My mother is doing well and I trust the management that has been there the last several years to continue exceptional care for her and their communication with me."

"We toured. The staff was good. It's just that we wanted to put our mom in assisted living, so it wasn't going to work for us. They were good. The dining room and patio area were nice, and they had a place where residents could do gardening and all that."
