"I've been in Hacienda Senior Living Assisted Living & Memory Care a little over a year. I'm in assisted living. I take care of myself. They just give me my medication, feed me, and shower me, and that's it. It's very good. I love it here. It's not like some of the other ones that are real big. This is smaller and you get more care. I have my own room. They have a fountain outside the grounds and they have fruit trees here. They take good care of you. They're really nice. I really like them all. It's excellent food. They give you so much food. We don't have a lot of activities. They're in the process of hiring somebody to come in here and do activities with us. There's another section where people need more help, have Alzheimer's, and stuff like that. The people where I'm at can take care of themselves, and there are only about five of us in this area. Value for money is OK."

"I toured Cottages at Hemet. It is very nice, and if I can get my father to come out this far, there is a possibility that I would like to put him there. The place is beautiful, and the staff all seem very nice. The rooms that they have, even the studio apartments, are spacious. Outside is like a park. The facility is well taken care of. Where they need to do upkeep, it was put aside so the residents couldn't quite get there, so it didn't affect the residents."

"I visited Pico De Loro. Everything was very nice. I had a lot of resources but the cost was too much. They showed everything, the rooms, the bedding, and the dining areas. I sampled the meal and the food was good. The facility was great. It's very clean. They had very nice and good quality programs for them. The staff was helpful and easygoing."

"I liked Westmont of Riverside a lot, but it was very huge for my sister. She probably would be better off with a smaller facility. I saw a cafeteria. I saw two studios. I saw their entrance, and basically we walked from the entrance to a wing, which was a good distance. They're set up to where people are a good distance from administration, which I wasn't really happy with. If my sister were to be there and she needed administrative business to be conducted, it would be very difficult for her to get there. It was quite clean. There seemed to be the occasional attendant in each wing, but I didn't see a lot of people milling about. It was nice to see that it was not too crowded, but on the same token it was also disconcerting that people were so far apart from help. The staff member was conscientious, and I connected well with them. She was quite friendly with the help, and courteous with the clients. I would still give them a very high score because they are a premium facility. They are selective in their clientele. They explained that people needing more than one person in attendance were not good applicants. My sister is not a good applicant, not that she needed more than one attendant at a time, but because she needed an attendant to get her up. That would mean someone would have to be with her, and that's not something that they're geared to do."

"My Brother was a resident at Hillsong for over a year until he passed away. Hillsong works with any Hospice service the family chooses. Owner and staff were knowledgeable, caring, sensitive and accommodating to his needs; very communicative with family members and always available. Environment is safe, clean and quiet. Residents and family are treated respectfully. I highly recommend this care facility. "

"I went to Sun City Gardens. They all seemed very friendly and happy. The individual who gave the tour was walking around talking to everybody. It was apparent that they were very close. He was very nice and very friendly. It was very clean and very well designed. They had nice gardens. The room size was good. It wasn't too small and it had a nice open layout where wheelchairs would have been able to fit and go in and out of the room."

"WellQuest of Menifee Lakes looks like a country club: the facility itself, the setup, and the decor. That's where rich people should be. Their staff was very nice and professional. They had a coffee bar and snacks and all that, but I didn't taste their food."

"Rooms are always kept clean, bedding is new every week. Rooms are always tidy and clean. Smells fresh and clean all the time. Food is always fresh. Prepared each day. Caregiver always gives updates and calls when needed. Easy to talk with her and always have a clear communication line with her. House is well maintained and cleaned at all times. Residents are given meals with snacks, even late night snacks if requested. Visitation is open 7 days a week all hours."

"This establishment is a beautiful home and hold and upstanding care system they have held events for the community and our kids, the staff is very kind and extremely helpful. I have attended events on the holidays and the volunteer opportunities are amazing to help out with the elders such a great group of workers and residents to come across. A special thank you to Mariana for helping us and being so kind and amazing such a sweet women."

"Staff is well trained, experienced, knowledgeable, compassionate. They offer a Safe and comfortable environment with secure entrances, well lit, cozy rooms with private bathrooms and outside garden space. They have a wide variety of activities including special outings, art classes, music nights, exercise sessions and daily rides around the town. Cottages of Riverside has not only provided exceptional care for my mother but has also created a community where she feels valued and loved.
