"I really like Sun City Gardens. The place is beautiful. The room and the studio were both very nice. The studio has a nice-sized room and I could fit what I have now. They don't have a kitchen, just a little kitchenette because they cook the meals for the residents. I have eaten there and the food is delicious. The people there are friendly. They have a bus that takes the residents out to different places like going to the doctor and restaurants. "

"My mom will move into WellQuest of Menifee Lakes. It's only three years old, so everything is new and fresh. They put money into it to keep it up. It has a dog park. It has a walking path. They have over 60 activities a month. It's a very active, dynamic community, not an old, depressed community. It's very lively. The staff was friendly, engaging, and open. The food was excellent. Compared to other communities, it's exceptional. It's a healthy, varied menu, and a lovely dining area. The chef puts together things with flavor, color, and texture."

"My aunt is here. Other than she has some plumbing issues, but that has been taken care of, the facility is okay. She has a big room. It's like two rooms being put to one. The food is okay and I have eaten there. They got a line-up of activities, but my aunt does not go to any of them as she is kind of a loner, but she goes to the exercise every morning and that’s it. Overall, it's a nice place."

"It was very nice, very clean, and friendly. They accommodated me with no appointment, and I really appreciated that. One time I had an appointment and the second time I just took my mom without an appointment, and they were still able to show me around. It was just a quick visit, and they met my standards."

"It was a nice facility; I really liked that a lot. I think that this is the best one so far that I liked. I like the setup, but well of course the level of care depends how much money you have. The staff was very friendly and caring. When you need someone, there is someone there. I like the situation like in the dinner time, you will go to the dining facility, and it’s almost like a restaurant type environment. They will give you a menu, and you will pick what you want to eat. "

"I am living in a senior home mobile community Plantation on the Lake. The people here are fantastic. It's a beautiful community. We have activities. We have two swimming pools. We had dinners once a month. We have ceramics and all kinds of stuff. They do a lot of trips to places on buses. The mobile home park is kept very, very clean. We have a crew that cuts the grass for the park individually."

"My husband and I live in the independent living community of Soboba Springs Park in San Jacinto. They have a pool and all kinds of activities going on. They have things going on all the time, as far as men's outings, women's outings, and going out to eat and walking. They have swimming exercises and pool tables. Every holiday, they have a big thing going on, like Christmas parties, which is really interesting. They really celebrate every holiday. The one we had for New Year's Eve, you bring a snack for 6 people, and that's all you do. They have everybody share the food, and they have live music and dancing, and all that kind of good stuff. The people who keep the park up were really good, too. We rent here, and the rent is also really good."

"We did made a quick tour at The Village at Redlands. It's a brand new senior community and the place is awesome. The residents do get three meals a week although they don't offer housekeeping. They have nice people and they got activities there. "

"I like The Village at Redlands. It's a very quiet place. I could hardly see people in the hallway. They're all seniors, and they're older than me. The compound is located in a distant neighborhood. That's one thing I like about it. I noticed some areas are close to a town or stores. Sometimes I don't like it close to the neighboring areas. Generally, I like the environment at The Village at Redlands. Before I spoke with the manager, I had already checked the place out. I said, "I like this place." It's a two-story building, and it's built like a hotel. They have what they call cottages. They're duplexes, but they look like single-family homes. That's also for rent for seniors like me. They cost more, but they're real houses. They have a front yard taken care of by the management. They have a two-car garage. I like it. So, when I met with the manager, there was only one vacant, which is why I rushed in and took it. It has a security gate. It has glass doors. It has a PIN code. I like the way it looks. This does't really have a staff because it's independent living. There's one person who works in the office. The office is separated from the main building. There is also a staff that cleans and takes care of the area. They don't clean where we live. They will clean it if we request it, and we have to pay for it."

"My great aunt moved in here a few months ago and my family went to see her on Easter. I was pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and oasis-like feel of the courtyard. We even brought our dog who loved romping around the grass and getting fed treats by the other residents. The staff members were all really nice and friendly. Her room is on the ground floor and has a nice new bathroom and a french door out to a yard where she takes walks every night. I would definitely recommend this facility if you are looking for a place to stay in the area. "

"I will move into The Village Hemet. It's a beautiful facility, and it has several amenities that I can use. I've got friends there already. They have wonderful meals, maids, and transportation services, so it's all in one location. A couple of my friends said you don't even have to leave the building if you don't want to, and they take complete care of you. The staff have been great and helpful in getting the process started and completed. They've been really good. I had lunch a couple of times, and it's like a five-star restaurant. It's very clean. It looks brand new, although it's been there since either '89 or '98, but it's a beautiful facility. It was like a five-star hotel."

"The people at Valle Hermosa seem nice. So far, I have no complaints. The neighbors seemed very friendly. The condos are two bedrooms and two baths, and it has a dining area and a living area. Some apartments have fireplaces. We cook our food, do our own housekeeping. The city government of Hemet can provide buses if you want to go some place. "

"Everything looks fine at Plymouth Village. They have more to offer than what we need. The food was fine. They have a lot of activities in that facility. "

"Four Seasons at Hemet was the best community. I don't think we could have ever lived in a nicer one. They had a social calendar. We never missed a happy New Year for the 10 or 12 years we lived there. It was the greatest community. They were always having something like concerts out on the patio, in the courtyard, and dances. All kinds of things and we had a social director. They had a lot of exercise facilities too. They did trips and it was an active community. We had a very nice house, 3 bedrooms, and a den. It was lovely. There was a little coffee shop in the clubhouse. The staff was wonderful."
