"I really like Sun City Gardens. The place is beautiful. The room and the studio were both very nice. The studio has a nice-sized room and I could fit what I have now. They don't have a kitchen, just a little kitchenette because they cook the meals for the residents. I have eaten there and the food is delicious. The people there are friendly. They have a bus that takes the residents out to different places like going to the doctor and restaurants. "

"I toured Sunny Rose Glen for my dad. Overall experience there was good. The staff members that met me were very kind and compassionate. The facility is older and smaller, or at least the memory care area, but it was OK, and it was good. They didn't have any memory care beds or rooms available at this point. I saw a room briefly. It was a room that was already occupied, but didn't have a resident in it at the time. It was a very brief look because I didn't want to intrude in somebody's room. The staff was very good and kind. She was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. She recommended I call another lady, the director, for the few other questions I had. She wasn't currently available at the time when I got there. The dining areas were good and were small. The outdoor area was very pretty and well kept."

"Rooms are always kept clean, bedding is new every week. Rooms are always tidy and clean. Smells fresh and clean all the time. Food is always fresh. Prepared each day. Caregiver always gives updates and calls when needed. Easy to talk with her and always have a clear communication line with her. House is well maintained and cleaned at all times. Residents are given meals with snacks, even late night snacks if requested. Visitation is open 7 days a week all hours."

"My mom is at Pico De Loro and I think it's pretty good. They treat her really good and cook her whatever she wants. She seems happy. It's a pretty nice and clean place for the price. The staff is really nice to her and they do her hair every morning. The food smelled great and looked really good."

"The memory care facility at Hillsong Senior Living in Calimesa was very open and clean. I also liked all the people, including the owner. I got there really early for my tour, and the staff members were very caring and helpful with all the residents while getting them up for breakfast. The food also looked good. I really liked the facility. It was a nice, open area for the people, and they also had a really nice backyard where they could sit, which I liked."

"It was too formal for me. But the people were nice and the food was good. It just didn't appeal to me. It was clean and neat, the residents were happy, but they were pretty formal although I didn't mind that one because I liked that it is in California and is near where my family is."

"I went here yesterday. My grandmother said she liked it. It was just super clean and they were really helpful. They were super nice by five and a concern overrating for this place. Everything my grandma wanted was there. She was looking for a community room. It's close to us, to a hospital, and restaurants. It's like in the middle of town."

"My father is in the memory care at Wildwood Canyon Villa. We love the place, he's happy there, and he's doing good. It's fabulous. They have a higher worker per patient ratio than the state requires. They treat the guests with respect and dignity. They're very friendly and extremely helpful to families. They have homemade meals, not canned food. They have activities and a bus that takes them everywhere. We have talked to residents and their families, and we have yet to hear a bad thing about it. It looks like a resort hotel inside. We had dinner there, and the food is five stars. My stepmother is in their assisted living section. They have aides constantly on the floor to help them with whatever they need, help them bathe, and check on them every couple of hours 24/7. They take them on picnics, they go on outings, they do activities, and they have access to the group TV and movies. She loves it there. She doesn't have to worry about taking baths alone anymore, and she loves all the people there. She and Dad have the same nurse. There's a continuity of care."

"I toured Vineyard Ranch at Temecula. The gal who walked me through is very knowledgeable, very kind, and bright. She was a young lady. She knew the residents. She knew them by name. She took the time. She made sure that they were comfortable. People were everywhere. They have a resident dog. People were singing. A gentleman was looking for food in the kitchen and she helped him out to get some melon. It was nice. The only reason that I did not go there is I would have liked to have been a little bit cleaner, but everything else was spot on there. Their care, their true caring, not just a job. They follow up on everything about them. Hindsight probably should have been there. They had arts and crafts going on. They had everything going on. That is a true facility that puts things in place for quality of life."

"The tour at Westmont Village went fine. It was nice, but it was a little spread out and kind of larger than what I was looking for. The room they showed was pretty nice. It was a two-bedroom with a shared bath, and the size of it was nice. People were doing different activities. They were doing like a chair yoga class and crafts in one area. The staff was very good."

"I found Murrieta Gardens for my mother, and she's moving in tomorrow. The new communities offer a lot of new things but for memory care, all those new things didn't matter because people with memory issues need to be with other people, and they don't want to be alone. Murrieta Gardens is more of a close community because it is a smaller facility. They had arts and crafts, a TV room, exercise, gatherings, outings, and small activities for the residents. The staff was excellent."

"I toured. I liked the location. I liked the way it was set up. The staff was great. They were very pleasant and helpful. The place was very clean. I liked the way it looked. I felt comfortable in it. I felt my mother would feel comfortable in it once she got used to the area. There's no problem with the size of the room. My mother is 93 years old, she is still mobile, and she doesn't need a whole lot of space, but other than that everything was good. Everything was fine. I liked everything about it but the only thing is the prices."

"My Brother was a resident at Hillsong for over a year until he passed away. Hillsong works with any Hospice service the family chooses. Owner and staff were knowledgeable, caring, sensitive and accommodating to his needs; very communicative with family members and always available. Environment is safe, clean and quiet. Residents and family are treated respectfully. I highly recommend this care facility. "
