"Valley Healthcare Center was better than a couple of the others I had been to. They had two patients in each room, and they had a nice physical therapy with the machines. They had a room with TV in it and other things the patients could do. The lady who showed us and took us around was very nice, and that's the one that I would choose if I had to go somewhere. "

"The hospital arranged Country Villa Hacienda for me. The staff were very nice, funny, and hard workers. They help you get back on your feet after being in a hospital. I get along well with everybody. The food was good. The rooms were nice and comfortable. It was my first time being in that facility and I enjoyed it being there. "

"Everything seemed OK to me during my visit at Del Rosa Villa. I was able to see their rooms, and they are normal-sized rooms. I like the way they had a place outside where the patients can sit. Overall, it was a nice place. "

"My mom is at Grand Terrace Health Care Center, and so far so good. She's been there for almost a month now. I am very pleased that they are working with her to get more stable on her feet. The facility was really clean. If anybody would need rehab, I would certainly recommend this place. "

"The TVs come on loud at night. Everyone I've had dealings with is great, but at night I keep hearing, "I can't make them turn it down." It seems to me that just being considerate would make the sounds come down at night. There are headsets for the hard-of-hearing, and I'd even get a couple if I had to. I'm told I have the option to close my door, but my roommate doesn't like that. Anyway, if their one closed door accommodates everyone else, wouldn't that be better than all the other doors being closed. Don't these people sleep? They did finally close their doors tonight, but you can still hear them. They must have the TVs loud enough for the dead in there? "

"I was worried at first. There are so many rehabs with horrible reviews. However, our experience with Reche Canyon Rehab was excellent. All staff were caring and professional. The facility was clean and my sister had the best of care. She was transferred to Reche Canyon Rehab after being in Corona Regional Hospital for one month and where she received a tracheotomy and feeding tube. She was unable to walk or talk when she entered Reche Canyon Rehab. Her tracheotomy and feeding tube were removed during her stay at the rehab and when she was discharged, she was able to talk and walk again. I am so thankful for the medical and therapeutic services that all staff provided. Nurses Tiffany, Matilda and Todd (there are more but I don't know their names), CNAs Yvonne, Crystal and Johnny (again more CNAs whose names I can't recall), PT Alvin and many others, RTs and RNA Terry, all took excellent care of my sister. There are so many who assisted my sister even though they were not assigned to help her. No one had the attitude, "It's not my job"! No one should be afraid to have his/her loved one stay here. "Linda Valley Care Center is very nice overall. The primary doctor for my grandfather was excellent and the majority of the staff as well. They went out of their way to help my grandfather, they were very respectful and always answered our questions. Sometimes certain staff members were a little rough with my grandfather- they never hurt him, but he could be easily surprised because of his bad vision, and some of the nurses/staff did not talk to him before they went to move him or change his pants, so sometimes he was startled because they didn't talk or explain enough. Aside from that and some billing issues, my family had a good experience at Linda Valley. I thought they took good care of my grandfather while he was there. I was especially impressed with the nurses at the desk by his room- they always asked us how we were doing when we visited, and they would tell us funny stories or give us an update on my grandfather. Overall a very nice place. "

"Heritage Gardens is a clean and inviting facility. The room that our relative stayed in was not a private room, but he had good access to entertainment and stimulation while in recovery. The nursing staff were very calm and professional, which is important as our family member was initially suffering from severe confusion following surgery. The residents appeared happy and well-adjusted. Their staff were very good at answering our questions. Visiting hours were very good, and the facility did an excellent job of handling things with our family's insurance company. We felt very fortunate to be so close to such a great nursing home. They made the family feel much more secure about leaving our love one with them rather than having him come back home when we were not going to be able to provide quite the same level of care that he needed in order to recover fully. "The staff at Highland Palms Healthcare Center were very nice, but there were not enough of them in my mom's area. I wish there was just more of them, so they would be more attentive to the patients, but they did a good job with the cleanliness. "
