The staff at Highland Palms Healthcare Center were very nice, but there were not enough of them in my mom's area. I wish there was just more of them, so they would be more attentive to the patients, but they did a good job with the cleanliness.

I would give highland palms 5 stars, but my only complaint is that they left me and other patients in our diapers for hours, even after I would let them know, I hate that, so, cuz of that I'll give it 3.0 stars. And they are too strict on their visiting policy, especially when my husbands work hrs are very different.

Daytime staff is good but night staff is terrible. Left my family member without a blanket all night. She ended up in the hospital with pneumonia. No one answers phone after 8 pm. Food is pretty bad.

My brother is at Highland Palms, and it’s a clean, organized facility. Everybody looks like they know what they’re doing, and overall it’s fine. They have a rehab, a dining facility, and a very nice patio, and we do take my brother out there for his lunch or if we bring something. The staff is friendly. It’s a little bit more than normal. He has a physical therapy, and when he is in the dining room he is talking with people. They have bible studies, and he seems to enjoy the food.

Very unprofessional and uncaring. They called me one day to say my father had gained 4 lbs and the next day that he had a blister - yet - they missed the most important call of all: a conference with us to let us know the plan for his recovery. And they "apologized" like that is going to mediocre at best. I wouldn't take my dog ther
