"Advance Rehab Center of Tustin is a wonderful facility. The employees are absolutely wonderful. They work extremely hard. They're very helpful. I couldn't be happier in this facility. I feel very welcome here. I don't have one complaint about this place at all. I would recommend it 100%. The staff is excellent. I have never seen so many people so dedicated, and so helpful, and cheerful. They're just happy, happy employees. I can't say enough about them. It's them that makes this facility, and they're just very hardworking people. They are very dedicated to the patients. The activities are great. They bring in a lot of live musicians. They have a lot of people coming in to teach music. They have gardening. They have a lot of activities in their activity room, and they have a very large cafeteria area where people mingle, so it's very social here. There are two people in each room with the women, and I believe they have up to four for the men, but they're nice rooms. They have closets to hang up their clothes. They have a dresser for you. We share one bathroom that's connected to the next room, so it's very nice. We have a big window that we open up like a bay window. So, it's not dark and dingy at all, but it's very light and dark."

"My husband is in French Park Care Center. It's a skilled nursing facility. It's very well done and all of them there seem to have a feel for the job they do. They have a lot of compassion and caring. It was a hospital before it became a nursing facility. They have a yard out back, and they have a rehab center. They do subacute upstairs. They have a Korean and Vietnamese community upstairs. Downstairs, it's more or less for people whose condition isn't as serious. They have activities, but my husband doesn't choose to participate. They had the activities director call me and see what my husband's interests are, like music or if he likes to draw. If they have an interest in it, they try to cater to that. They have a dining area, but they bring it to some people who can't go to the dining room. I've eaten some of the food and it is good. You can go to the admissions director with anything and she'll do her best to help you and she always has with me. They're very patient with my husband. One time, he was waiting to get a haircut and the clients were doing activities in the room where they were waiting to get their haircuts, and they seemed to be having a good time."

"This is a 135 Bed acute care Nursing Killed Hospital for seniors. They are well staffed by true well educated professionals. All are attentive and most of all compassionate. The facility is very clean and sterile; housekeeping is on the floors 24/7 to keep all areas clean and sterile for the patients, staff and visitors. The patients are well cared for most are in acute states and are not alert or aware of their surrounding due to their conditions but staff is stellar in the care of each patient in their charge. The rooms are average hospital rooms with hospital beds but they are well decorated and so are the common areas. The food is based on diet but seems to be healthy and well planned menus. If a loved one needs Skilled Nursing Care this is the place to look to. They are professional to the highest degree. 10 out of 5 stars you will not be sorry you choose this facility. "

"My dad was well taken of at the Royale. It was very clean. The people were good, the doctor was very nice, and the social worker who I communicated with was very helpful. "

"She stayed in Country Villa for three weeks. The stay was OK. It was good. There was nothing much you could do except stay in bed, but to me it was good, and they were very nice. It is an old facility, and it could be updated. The room she got is a regular room, and it is OK. The staff is very nice, although sometimes when she pushed to get help, they don't respond right away. I think it is because they don't have enough staff in place. They have activities over there like bingo and church. They have certain things going on. I only attended the bingo while my mother-in-law really likes the church. She only attended the bingo once, and they never took her back in the three weeks she was there. I think she needed to say something. She didn't care for the food at all. "

"Mom had to go to Carehouse as she had an operation, but then I found out that they have permanent residence also. I was able to experience some of the care whilst she was there because she was there for about 10 days. The room was old because the temporary part was coming in, but I didn’t care for that too much. They did have the facility OK to get help right from the nursing staff, but it was old. The outside was beautiful, inside not too much. They will bring the food to her on the tray, but they can eat in the dining hall if they’re able. Most of the staff that I met was very were really sweet people, nice, and caring. They have a calendar with activities almost every day, so it’s wonderful. When somebody has a birthday, they actually put them in a wheelchair, everybody is lined up, they’re like going "look out, hurray," and they’re throwing stuff to them and singing happy birthday. "

"My Grandmother spent a few days in this facility after leaving the hospital and it was not a good experience. The facility itself is clean and presents a nice image. However it's all about the care provided and that is where it is sorely lacking. Doctors orders were not followed correctly and this led to a setback in my Grandmothers health and after being there for a few days her condition worsened. Much of the staff had a difficult time communicating with us due to language issues. There were many issues which led us to believe that things were not being done correctly nor attentively. We attempted to talk with the managerial staff and our concerns were not received well. We instead were met with an attitude that was not responsive to our concerns so we decided to immediately arrange for our Grandmother to be transported to another facility where she thrived and was home within a few days. From past experience with other family members in many other facilities we knew what to expect from a nursing home and knew that this nursing home was not providing what it should be. "

"I visited Town & Country Manor. My visit was very positive. It's a very well-maintained community and the staff was good. It was one of my choices, but I changed my mind because the location is in a busy area of Santa Ana. They have lots of amenities and I was very pleased. I saw their dining area as well, as well as a 1-bedroom, 1-bath, which was adequate. Their amenities were upscale. I also met the staff when they were doing physical therapy, yoga and things like that. They were very warm and accommodating."

"Mom stayed at Orange Healthcare for a month, and the inside looked great. There is a good floor plan; the room is light and bright. They do a good job; that’s why I'd like my mom to stay there, but they don’t have long term. She loves to be with other people, and the food is good. "

"While all the nursed and cna's are wonderful, the treatment nurse, Linda is an amazing woman. Knowledgeable, caring, and a joy to be around. "

"I had a tour of this facility. The exterior is very pleasing to the eye, the building has been remodeled and is well maintained. I am most impressed with the wanderguard system that they have. They can take patients that wander, even thou they are a open facility. The patients wear a bracelet and if they try to get out a door, the alarm goes off. This facility also will take patients on a short term basis if the family is going on vacation or they just need a break. It is accross the street from a large hospital and is located in a nice residential neighborhood. I would recommend this facility. "

"April 2023 My husband is a stroke victim who faces many health challenges. He was sent to Manor Care after a hospital stay. We had no previous knowledge about Manor Care but were impressed and very happy with the cleanliness of his room and the care from all of the staff who attended my husband. They were most dedicated, warm, and professional helping him to make progress in different areas. We are thankful for the special attention from Elyse (Speech T}, Denice and Cynthia (OT), Mary (PT), Sandra, Raj and the other competent, loving staff. "

"My mom is at Pacific Haven Healthcare Center. They are helping her with PT, OT, ST, some memory stuff, and all the health stuff, like congestive heart failure, her diabetes, and her renal insufficiency. They're excellent. All the people that have helped her have been excellent. It's old, but they've cleaned it up and they fixed it up and it's very nice. My mom was in a private room initially for three weeks because she was recovering from Covid. Now she's moved to a regular room. It's a shared room with a total of three people. With regard to the food, it looks okay. However, there's salt in the food. She needs a no-salt diet, so she is getting some salt there. They can't get the specificity per patient. So we're bringing in some food."

"i was a resadent at Garden Park for a year. That's how long it took me to get way better. i loved the nurses, they give you hugs! And they really mean it. Now im on my own and i miss my girls very much. When you go to a new place you will notice the place is not what your use to. I still have found memories of Garden Park.
