I visited Town & Country Manor. My visit was very positive. It's a very well-maintained community and the staff was good. It was one of my choices, but I changed my mind because the location is in a busy area of Santa Ana. They have lots of amenities and I was very pleased. I saw their dining area as well, as well as a 1-bedroom, 1-bath, which was adequate. Their amenities were upscale. I also met the staff when they were doing physical therapy, yoga and things like that. They were very warm and accommodating.

At Town & Country Manor, the physical therapy was very professional. They got a good range of therapists, and they were able to help make some progress with my father's condition.

My mom has been here for 7 days they staff is not friendly, they have never asked my concerns about my mithrrs care, nor does the staff give updates to the point of frustration i would not give then one star for there nursing skills and i have to trap the staff to get sny information about her care this is absolutely ludicris. Just to talk to people and then they scold u like a child for asking
