There is a person that's above my caregiver who's in charge of him. There's always somebody that I'm in contact with. "My parents are using Right at Home. We have placement of caregivers in their house every day. They were very quick to respond when I reached out to inquire about their services. They called me back within 15 minutes. They had somebody meeting with my family the next day.
