Our family has used Pallus care for 1 1-2 years in the care for two elderly gentleman. Both suffer from dementia and care can be challenging at times. Pallus has provided excelling care giving services and has met their needs. Owner Jennifer D. is readily available should a need arise. I highly recommend this company for caregiving of your loved ones.

My dad is using Pallas Care, Los Angeles, CA. They have been phenomenal. I talked to one of the owners regularly. She's also been helpful because my dad has been losing a little bit of weight, and so that's a big concern. I think what happens is when someone's not there, he forgets to eat. So now all his meals are covered seven days a week. She also had some great input based on things that he likes to eat, and other things we could get him. So like they're starting him with the smoothies that his caregiver will be making him. He loves fruit. So that works well. They have just been very supportive. His caregiver is fantastic. Dad is not an easy person and it's not dementia. He was not easy and he did kick the first caregiver out. We had to go back to the drawing board and then they found another person for him and he cannot remember her name, but he loves her. She takes excellent care. The communication is really good, and I've instructed her, if there's an issue immediately, let me know or if there's a problem with something. So I feel like I constantly know what's going on.

I cannot say enough about how amazing it was to have Jen and her team helping me through one of the most difficult times in my life. After a botched surgery at Kaiser and about a month in the hospital I was released completely unprepared for a long recovery. Enter Jen and her amazing organizational and management skills and what could have been an even greater challenge let me know I was not alone and expertly cared for. I started with daily care and over the course of a few months am now on my own and so so grateful for all Pallas Care did for me. Oh and by the way, I know I wasn’t the easiest client and I went through some very difficult times when I was very demanding. Without hesitation Jen always managed me through the difficult moments and helped me feel secure.

I would highly recommend Pallas Care after experiencing their sensitivity to my needs in a high stress and difficult time of my life. My husband’s condition was failing rapidly, and I knew I needed help immediately to get him the care he needed. I called Jennifer Dawson at Pallas Care on a Friday night. Saturday morning she came to my home and spent a couple of hours reassuring me that she had experienced carers who she would arrange to help with my husband’s critical needs (like bathing, feeding, etc.). By Monday, she sent a wonderful carer who knew just what to do to get everything organized—from getting a hospital bed delivered (that day!) to the kinds of supplies I would need. My experience with the three carers who came and supported me over the next couple of months was so positive. I consider all of them my friends, and I could not have made it through this challenging time without them. Thank you to Jennifer and my friends. I will never forget your kindness and compassion to both my husband and to me during the most challenging time of my life.
