People that use him really like him because he knows what he's doing and he's very pleasant. He knows how to talk to people and how to be a good caregiver. It's a real skill and he says he does really enjoy doing his job and it shows in how he treats his clients. Some people have criticized the office the way they do things, but you have to learn the system and it didn't take me long. In the beginning, I didn't know who to contact if I had to change an appointment or something like that, but you learn who to talk to and everyone has been very helpful and always very pleasant. I've been with them two years and I really don't have difficulty because I've learned who to contact and they've helped me with some paperwork. There is a person that's above my caregiver who's in charge of him. There's always somebody that I'm in contact with. If we're going to do something else on a certain day, I know to call ahead of time. I haven't had any problem, so I can't complain. If you're having trouble, you need to tell them."
