We are using TheKey - Central LA for my grandmother. It's just once a week that they come for about 5 hours. So far, they have helped my grandmother wash her clothes, give her company, and tidy around the house for her. The only issue I'm having is that I haven't received the bill, and it's already the fourth week. I spoke with a gentleman who was the one who did the interview with us, and they're working on it. He's really quick, very straightforward, and keeps me in the loop of what's happening. They are very friendly people. It felt very legit.
