"The hospital arranged Country Villa Hacienda for me. The staff were very nice, funny, and hard workers. They help you get back on your feet after being in a hospital. I get along well with everybody. The food was good. The rooms were nice and comfortable. It was my first time being in that facility and I enjoyed it being there. "

"My husband was at Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital. They offered more of a high intense workout and he couldn't do it. He didn't spend enough time there, but when he was there, he was happy. He just wanted to go home. It was very clean. The staff members weren't as cheerful, but you could see them all working together. Their meals were good. They cleaned all the time. They took care of the rooms. The outdoor area was really nice. We never got to go at the back, but they had a place for the families to get together, like a patio for them. The administration staff was terrific."

"I'm currently in Linda Valley Care Center. I've been here for about six weeks. I've been in three of them here in the Redlands Valley, and this has been the best caring facility I've seen. They're very attentive. It runs like a machine. Everybody's got a job to do, and they do it, and everybody's happy. This care center here is pretty good. They're really out there for you. Everyone's helpful. My room is a shared room. It's a very welcoming place, well-kept, very clean, and the staff is constantly cleaning. The people have a lot of compassion. The food is excellent. It's been completely remodeled, freshly painted, and everything works. You get what you pay for."

"Clean and comfortable facility. I was a patient there most of 2016 and appreciated the care of the nurses and assistants, and all the employees there--including office personnel. Most were personable and caring, some above and beyond. Dr. Pai and the staff there made a real difference in my recovery. Rehabilitation crew is the best...always encouraging and stimulatiing new activities. I was told I would never walk again and I am now walking, sometimes without a cane! "We put my mother in Rialto Post Acute. She's with hospice. It's pretty good. It's very clean. The nurses are compassionate. They care about the patients. It's very nice and it's very big. It's just so far from us, but we try to visit her almost every other day. We take turns with my sisters and brothers. The service is very good. The staff are nice, very courteous, and very helpful. I like that it's very clean, and they change the beddings every day, which is nice."

"I often visited a friend of mine staying at this facility after he had surgery for esophogeal cancer. Unfortunately after surgery he was unable to speak and could not breathe without oxygen. They provided him with various means of communicating, such as erasable boards and portable typing equipment. When I visited they would always wheel him outside with his oxygen equipment, so he could have a chance to be outside. They were polite and accomodating at all times, providing different outdoor areas for our visits. If they knew what time I was arriving they would already have him set up with portable equipment for his trip outside. They were upbeat and friendly and the accomodations were clean. They got to know me and would ask personal questions based on things I had shared, making me feel they cared about me as well as their patient. "

"Asistencia Villa is very bright, open and clean. The people are very nice there and taking very good care of my mom, so far. They have everything. She has only been there for two weeks, but so far, so good. Everything seems to be going really well. Her room is very spacious and very nice, and they keep it clean and neat. They do a great job. "

"I visited Brookside Healthcare Center and it was very nice. I did like the dining area and I met the chef. They have a weight room. I did not like that it is multiple stories, and you have to take an elevator up and down to go where you want to go. I think it's very confusing for an elderly person, and they can get lost easily. It was clean, friendly, and they were very attentive."

"The people in Terracina Post Acute are very helpful and caring. They're a very busy community, so it's sometimes hard to get someone on the phone. I was down there one day and I helped a CNA change my sister, make her bed back up, dress her, and change her. It's incredible to me what the staff can do with my sister because she is about 300 pounds. I'm impressed. The place looks like an old mansion that someone converted into a hospital. It's really pretty when you walk in; there are two grand staircases on either side. Going down the hall, you'll see people who are rehabbing that are going to get better and go home. They also have residents who have dementia or Alzheimer's, but they are locked in in one area so they don't get lost. The people who are able mentally and physically can go outside and sit in the sun or smoke a cigarette. The people I met and talked to seemed happy. An old lady was playing the grand piano there one day and that was really cool."

"My husband was at Redlands Healthcare Center. It was really good. Everybody's friendly. They took good care of him. They gave him physical therapy. He seemed to enjoy it. All the people working there were friendly. They were real good about taking care of the patients. The staff was great. They were constantly cleaning. I don't think I ever saw the place dirty. It didn't smell like it was dirty. It was always nice and clean. My husband was very picky, but according to him the food was good."
