My husband was at Redlands Healthcare Center. It was really good. Everybody's friendly. They took good care of him. They gave him physical therapy. He seemed to enjoy it. All the people working there were friendly. They were real good about taking care of the patients. The staff was great. They were constantly cleaning. I don't think I ever saw the place dirty. It didn't smell like it was dirty. It was always nice and clean. My husband was very picky, but according to him the food was good.

Facility is OK. PT staff and physicians great! Cook Humberto is great! Interaction with leadership staff (Day RN/LVS) and social worker: horrible! Unless you don't care about your loved ones and settle for whatever happens. We cared too much for our mom to let them mess with her! No conscience, no empathy for the patient or family member; no respect! They cut back the prescribed medication until we finally confronted them 3 days later. When asked to clarify or explain discrepancies with medications they just made things up. They randomly made-up rules about visiting hours and number of guests just because and would not let us talk to the physician when they screwed up... This is despite all the help we provide them caring for our mom the entire time (feeding her, taking her to the bathroom), helping her roommate, providing free music in the activities room. And to top it all, they brought a patient who was coughing non-stop and was contagious (they told us she was not) into our mom's bedroom. What a traumatic experience!

My brother was initially at Redlands, and they transferred him to their sister facility. It is clean, but to us, it didn’t seem more organized, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. They have a nice patio, bingo, movies, and reading. They have bible studies and a beauty salon. My brother seems to enjoy the food.

This is a Skilled Nursing Facility. This nursing facility is easy to find and located in a community among several skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and also Redlands Community Hospital. This facility is up for recertification which means they are following very closely the rules and regulations of the state of california. The staff are very attentive to their patients and located on the wall as you walk in to the left you will see a board of thank you letters from family members. The patients are encouraged to take their meals in the dining room if possible. Socialization with others is also encouraged. The patients are free to move about the hall in their wheelchairs if able. If able a patient can also go to the outdoor patio. The director also has care plan meetings to allow family members to be involved with the care of the patient. The care plan meetings also allow family members to ask questions or express concerns if needed. This is a nice facility that treats the patients with dignity.
