Clean and comfortable facility. I was a patient there most of 2016 and appreciated the care of the nurses and assistants, and all the employees there--including office personnel. Most were personable and caring, some above and beyond. Dr. Pai and the staff there made a real difference in my recovery. Rehabilitation crew is the best...always encouraging and stimulatiing new activities. I was told I would never walk again and I am now walking, sometimes without a cane! DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE! My grandmother had head lice in the facility before she passed. I REPEAT DO NOT send your loved ones to this hole in the wall!

My grandma went to this place for a fractured hip due to a fall on Dec 26th, per the Dr he said that surgery is not needed with tip toe therapy she will be fine, WELL she is now fighting for her life having to go into emergency surgery for a broken femur(along with her original hip fracture) I went to visit her in the hospital and she told me that they threw her around, I have pictures of a 2 inch cut on her arm that this place caused. DO NOT SEND ANYBODY HERE!! I would not wish this on the worst person in the world. In my book they get NO stars!!

We liked Heritage Gardens. The people are nice, price was good, and it was convenient. They took excellent care of my friend. She was very happy.

I visited this center in May and it seemed very nice, peaceful, clean, the recreation was fab and the rehab facilities looked plentiful. It was a little out of our price range at that time as it wasn't on our mother's plan. but we think this is a great place. But I know I would like to see more healthcare providers roaming the rooms. just saying.

Heritage Gardens is a clean and inviting facility. The room that our relative stayed in was not a private room, but he had good access to entertainment and stimulation while in recovery. The nursing staff were very calm and professional, which is important as our family member was initially suffering from severe confusion following surgery. The residents appeared happy and well-adjusted. Their staff were very good at answering our questions. Visiting hours were very good, and the facility did an excellent job of handling things with our family's insurance company. We felt very fortunate to be so close to such a great nursing home. They made the family feel much more secure about leaving our love one with them rather than having him come back home when we were not going to be able to provide quite the same level of care that he needed in order to recover fully.
