Always short staffed. No one knows what the other one is doing. Poor office support.

We put my mother in Rialto Post Acute. She's with hospice. It's pretty good. It's very clean. The nurses are compassionate. They care about the patients. It's very nice and it's very big. It's just so far from us, but we try to visit her almost every other day. We take turns with my sisters and brothers. The service is very good. The staff are nice, very courteous, and very helpful. I like that it's very clean, and they change the beddings every day, which is nice.

I'm in Rialto Post Acute, and it's been great. I was in quarantine with other new residents for two weeks and was tested a couple of times for COVID, and then we moved into the general population. It's all great. I really enjoy it here, and the food is excellent. Some staff members are better than others, but they've been great. Admissions was helpful getting me in here. The CNAs are wonderful, and the RNs have been great. They give my medications on time and correctly. I would recommend it. I was in a nursing home before this, and this place is better. The facility is clean all the time.

REALLY NOT CARING

My grandmother is a client in the place and it is terrible, on one occur my grandma was left with a soiled diaper for 30 min because it was change of if my mother called me and i called the facility and they stated that my mother lied. They finally changed her after i called. They has been other times where i have over heard staff make fun of the alz. Clients. When asked to tranfer a client they complain right in your face.

I had a friend that was a resident of Vista Cove. I liked the place because it was clean, friendly, and next to the senior citizen complex.

Vista Cove Care Center seemed like a nice facility with good nursing staff, and it looked clean. They had shared rooms. They offer physical therapy, but I didn't see any equipment there.
